In recent years,under the background of the rapid development of China's construction industry,ready-mixed concrete has also been fully developed.That all the raw materials of concrete study more extensive,with poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent of nai replacing water reducing agent,and the development of the current mechanism sand instead of natural sand process,although more research on separate water reducing agent and the mechanism of sand,but the compatibility of poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the mechanism of sand both study is less,so this paper on the basis of consulting a large number of data on poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the mechanism of lithological sand the compatibility of the research.This will also promote the development of the concrete industry to a certain extent,for the future concrete industry quality,construction costs,environmental protection and other aspects play a certain role.Thesis mainly by choosing different acid ether than poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent and chain transfer agent types and mechanism of different lithologic sand mortar,spread through the mortar test contrast research analysis in different types of poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and different lithology mechanism sand parent rock lithology,grain size distribution,different factors such as lithology stone powder content may compatibility of poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the mechanism of sand;Determine the lithology mechanism sand after test,mineral composition,mechanism of different lithologic sandstone powder saturated surface dry water absorption,the mechanism of lithological sand MB value,poly carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the mechanism of sand powder wet permeability and contact Angle,the mechanism of lithologic sandstone powder on adsorption of poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent TOC value series test observation analysis of poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and the mechanism of sand compatibility.Through the comparison of the above experimental data results,the smaller the measured MB value and the adsorption value of TOC of sand and stone powder with different lithologic mechanisms,the better the compatibility between the two is.In addition,the smaller the contact Angle between the water-reducing agent and the lithographic tablets in the experiment,the better the compatibility is shown.Poly(carboxylic acid water reducing agent and ?areas for lithologic mechanism sand grading mortar fluidity significantly stronger than the grading of ? area,and water reducing agent and particle size in the middle of the ? area contains a certain amount of powder mechanism sand liquidity is best.poly ether carboxylic acid water reducing agent of acid and chain transfer agent are not too big or too small,they all have a best content to make the liquidity of the best condition,show the best compatibility.The compatibility with polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer was significantly affected by the mechanical sand gradation.In addition,it is found that the expansion degree of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer is obviously different from that of sand and stone powder with different lithologic mechanisms,which also indicates that the mixing amount of stone powder affects the compatibility of the two.
