Water resource is indispensable for human beings,no matter in daily life or industrial production and use,it is an indispensable maferial.At a time when environmental issues have received much attention,people are increasingly demanding water quality,and the safety and quality of domestic water has also received widespread attention from all walks of life.Water for family life is closely related to people's daily lives.If daily water is polluted,it will cause damage to people's physical and mental health.Therefore,the application of water quality testing technology in the field of domestic water testing has certain practical value and social significance.Based on the current demand situation of household water quality monitoring system and the convenience of Internet of Things,this paper designs a home water quality monitoring system based on narrow-band Internet of Things technology.It greatly reduces the difficulty of detecting the quality of domestic water and meets the requirements of domestic water testing equipment.This paper studies and designs from the technical background,hardware and software design and functional testing of the system.The work content and results are as follows:(1)Based on the research of water quality testing technology and Internet of Things technology,this paper designs a water quality monitoring system based on narrow-band Internet of Things technology,which is mainly used for real-time detection and monitoring of household water quality.(2)The hardware circuit design of the system mainly uses the MCU micro-controller as the core architecture,and then expands other functional modules.A variety of professional water quality detection sensors are designed to accurately collect the water quality parameters of the water sample to be tested;the NB-IoT communication module is used to transmit the data parameters to the cloud platform;Added TFT-LCD display module for local display of water quality parameters for easy viewing by users;Other functional modules such as watchdog and ferroelectric memory have been extended to ensure system operation security and so on.(3)The software driver of the system is mainly designed in the master-slave mode,that is,the MCU main control program is taken as the root,and then the function module drivers are expanded to achieve stable operation of the system.In this paper,the corresponding parameter processing algorithm is designed for each detection sensor to obtain more accurate water quality parameters.The PC client platform is designed to realize human-computer interaction,which can meet the user's convenient and efficient query and analysis of water quality parameters.(4)After completing the software and hardware design of each functional module,the experimental performance of each module was tested to ensure that it worked normally,and then the performance of the whole system was tested experimentally.The test shows that the water quality monitoring system designed in this paper can detect the water quality parameters of household water in real time.The measurement accuracy and accuracy are in line with the design requirements.The performance of other functional modules also meets the design requirements and objectives.It can be applied to the field of water quality testing for domestic household water.
