After years of water injection development through the combination of vertical wells and horizontal wells in the well A area of Aonan Oilfield,in order to get more development,the anti-nine-point water injection well pattern was converted to a five-point water injection well pattern.The problems of low single well production,difficulty in effective utilization,and complex oil-water relationship were effectively solved.Nevertheless,there is still a part of the remaining oil that has not been used in the reservoir,and due to the complex characteristics of percolation in the reservoir,some problems are gradually exposed:the area with poor water injection conditions and the poor degree of utilization between wells Faults also continue to develop,and well patterns are difficult to control for faults;the effect of vertical wells after infilling is poor,and water injection is still ineffective.In order to improve the development effect of the well area,three horizontal wells were densified in the original well area,and the fracturing parameters of the horizontal well were optimized to maximize the productivity of the horizontal well.First,analyze the original geological structure and specific conditions of the reservoir in the target well area,deepen the understanding of the geological conditions of the target mine area,and use the Petrel geological modeling software to establish the three-dimensional geology of the target well area according to the relevant parameters of the geological conditions.The geological model grid is roughened and then imported into Eclipse numerical simulation software to establish a numerical model of the target well area,and the reservoir parameters of the model are corrected to be consistent with historical data to improve accuracy.Quantitative and qualitative descriptions of the remaining oil in the target reservoir are made from the horizontal and vertical dimensions respectively,so that the remaining oil distribution of the target reservoir can be known,which will lay a foundation for further adjustment of horizontal well layout and production stimulation measures for the reservoir in the well area.basis.The horizontal wells are arranged according to the remaining oil distribution,and the horizontal wells are described in more detail using local grid encryption.Secondly,the fracturing parameters of infill horizontal wells in this well area are optimized,the optimal fracture layout scheme is selected,and the parameter optimization methods of infill horizontal wells are summarized.In this paper,the angle between fracture and horizontal well,fracture conductivity,fracture interval and fracture half length are optimized.After considering the factors such as cumulative oil production,comprehensive water cut and economic evaluation,the effect of each scheme is comprehensively evaluated.Then,combined with grey correlation analysis method,the primary and secondary order and obvious influence of each factor on horizontal well productivity are analyzed The best combination of fracturing parameters is selected:the best fracture angle range is 45-60°and the best fracture conductivity is 1.4?m~2·cm,the best fracture interval is 30m,and the optimal fracture half length is 120m,which has the best profitability.Finally,the non-uniform layout of fracture in horizontal well is optimized,and the influence of fracture non-uniform layout on cumulative oil production and comprehensive water cut of horizontal well is studied.It is found that when the length of fracture can avoid the high water cut area,the water breakthrough is slow and the oil production is the highest.According to the optimized parameters and crack layout scheme,it can provide guidance and theoretical basis for site construction.The optimized parameters are applied to the whole target well area.Through numerical simulation,it is predicted that the recovery degree of each small layer will be improved.The cumulative oil production is increased by 3.69×10~4m~3,the recovery degree is increased by 6.11%,and the comprehensive water cut is reduced by 7.89%.
