Hydraulic jet fracturing technology as a set of hydraulic perforating and fracturing technology in the integration of new technology of oilfield production stimulation,under the premise of don't need to do mechanical packer,will be able to complete more precise fixed-point jet formation,using only a set of tools can be completed within the reservoir fracturing job multiple layer,in open hole,screen completion,and low permeability and thin interbed reservoir fracturing work related to have good use effect.Hydraulic jet fracturing technology in daqing oil field,the author of this paper and related process,first of all to hydraulic fracture crack and extension mechanism of the injection pressure as the foundation,through the indoor fracturing experiments,including perforation depth,perforation diameter,the maximum horizontal stress Angle,the perforating parameters with the crack stress and crack,the corresponding relationship between time and get the influence law of different perforation parameters to the effect of perforating,eventually completed each of the perforating parameters in the hydraulic jet fracturing construction optimization.Experimental results show that with the increase of hole diameter,the crack of rock pressure in the early fall fast,after perforation diameter exceeds a certain degree,the downward trend will gradually slow,thus determine the influence of perforation diameter for crack stress is relatively small,in addition,with the continuous increase of perforation diameter,the crack of the rock time will also grow;With the increasing of the perforation depth,the rock initiation pressure and initiation time will show a approximately linear descending law.With the increasing Angle between the perforation axis and the maximum horizontal stress,the fracture initiation pressure of the rock presents an approximately linear upward trend and reaches the maximum value when the included Angle is 90°.After the included Angle exceeds 30°,the fracture initiation time of the rock also presents a similar rule.After using the method of theory combined with the indoor experiment,first has carried on the internal structure of perforated nozzle design,determine the major geometric parameters of nozzle used,through the indoor erosion resistance experiment,after using the nozzle material has carried on the optimization of the scene,according to the field of process requirement,to complete the injection tool shape and internal structure design,final choice as ceramic materials,design is applied to 5 1/2 "casing gun maximum overall diameter of 108 mm,inner diameter of 45 mm and 450 mm gun material selection of carbide material,coated erosion resistant protective layer.By December 2018,60 Wells in 657 sections had beenextended and put into use,and 43 Wells were planned to produce an average daily oil increase of 6.95 t and an average effective period of 9.85 months,all of which are currently effective,with a total cumulative oil increase of 42361.7t and an oil gain of 109 million based on the oil price of $50/BBL.
