At present,block X has entered the late stage of high water cut,and the degree of water flooding mining is low.After water flooding mining,there is still potential for development,which is suitable for the use of weak base ASP flooding technology.This paper adopts ASP effluent to make weak base ASP system.The weak base ASP system prepared by ASP effluent is different from the ASP system prepared by clean water in the aspects of interfacial tension,viscosity,resistance coefficient,residual resistance coefficient and adsorption capacity.In order to systematically analyze the influence of various parameters in weak base ASP system on EOR,and to predict the development effect of weak base ASP system prepared by ASP effluent at different agent stages,this paper applied reservoir numerical simulation technology to study the weak base ASP flooding in block X.Different development schemes were designed and the development effects predicted by the schemes were compared and analyzed.In this paper,Petrel software is used to establish a phased geological model of block X,including models of porosity,permeability,saturation and effective thickness.By the end of August 2018,the actual cumulative oil production was 140.40×10~4t,the calculated cumulative oil production was 139.13×10~4t,and the calculated recovery degree of the block was 45.20%.On the basis of historical fitting,the residual oil distribution was studied,and then the numerical simulation of ASP flooding was carried out with CMG software.The results show that oil content,suspended particle concentration,salinity,residual concentration and other factors in ASP effluent with different water quality have different effects on EOR of ASP system,which are mainly manifested in injection capacity,surfactant adsorption capacity,polymer insoluble pore volume,weak base ASP system viscosity and alkali adsorption capacity.Then,the injection parameters of weak base ASP system prepared by ASP effluent with different water quality were studied.According to the injection parameters,the development effect was predicted as follows: cumulative oil production in ASP compound flooding stage was 7.94×10~4t,recovery degree of stage was 19.41%,final recovery rate of the whole region was 65.60%,enhanced oil recovery rate was 17.95% compared with water flooding,and cumulative oil increase was 7.34×10~4t.Compared with common effluent ASP flooding,the EOR was 0.48%,and the cumulative oil increase was 0.19×10~4t.
