As the domestic main oilfields have entered the development period of high water cut,how to achieve efficient separation of oil and water is the key to ensure the economic effectiveness of oil fields.As one of the main oil-water separation equipment,hydrocyclone is widely used in major oil fields at home and abroad.However,during its application,it was found that the water content of the overflow fluid was still at high level after the separation.And it will caused many inconveniences for subsequent processing,transportation and storage.In order to increase the oil enrichment of overflow fluid and reduce the water content of overflow fluid.This thesis designs a new type of Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone.And the flow field characteristics of the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone are analyzed based on numerical simulation and experimental research.The best structural parameters and operating parameters are provided.And provides a basis and reference for the further field application of the structure.The design idea of the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone is to adopt an integrated two-stage series connected hydrocyclone to perform secondary separation on the overflow fluid of the first-stage hydrocyclone.This thesis introduces how the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone works and how its first stage separating hydrocyclone selects and how its secondary enriching hydrocyclone designs.This article discusses its main operating parameters and performance evaluation indicators.and analyzes the numerical simulation calculation model.The structure parameters of the first stage separating hydrocyclone,secondary enriching hydrocyclone and the connecter between two stage were optimized through numerical simulation using orthogonal test design methods.Finally the optimized structure of the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone was obtained.In order to avoid the disadvantage of only evaluate the clarity of the underflow fluid by using the separation efficiency.An evaluation index capable of comprehensively evaluating the separation performance of the clarity of the underflow fluid and the water content of the overflow fluid was proposed.The theoretical principle and calculation method of the Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index are introduced.In order to analyze the influence of different operating parameters on their separation performance,numerical simulation and separation performance experiment research were carried out on the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone.And the reasons for the difference between the experimental results and the simulation results were analyzed.The experimental results show that the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone canincrease the Water-oil Rate of the first-stage overflow flow from 6.4 to 24.0,while the Purification Efficiency is stable at 98.6% and the Concentration Efficiency is stable at 95.0%.The best operating parameters of the Oil-enriching Double Separation Hydrocyclone are obtained: the inlet flow is 4.1m3/h,the primary split ratio is 51%,and the total split ratio is11.2%.The Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Index under the best working conditions is 82.8%.
