Corrosion and anti-corrosion of petrochemical equipment is an important issue for the safe operation of petrochemical plants.As crude oil is gradually entering the late stage,and the sulfur content of the Middle East oil products is getting higher and higher,the corrosion of petrochemical equipment is becoming more and more Seriously,in the process of designing and using petrochemical equipment,it has caused the attention of relevant workers to its corrosion resistance,which has led to the upgrading of the selection of a large number of equipment.At the same time,various measures have been taken to improve the manufacturing and use of the equipment.The corrosion resistance of the equipment ensures the safe operation of the equipment.In addition,while improving its corrosion resistance,it is also important to pay attention to its performance and ensure efficient operation of the equipment.In this paper,an improved scheme for composite non-ferrous titanium is proposed for the current corrosion of ordinary carbon steel finned tube air coolers.The solution to the problem of the composite of titanium tube and carbon tube is proposed.Through the calculation of thermal force,the composite gap of titanium steel composite fin tube should be controlled below 0.1mm.The heat transfer performance test platform of the single finned tube was built.The single tube heat transfer performance of the common finned tube and the titanium steel composite finned tube was studied by the test method.The comparative analysis shows that the difference between the heat transfer coefficient of the titanium steel composite finned tube and the ordinary finned tube is less than 4%.Under the premise of the design margin of 5%,the heat transfer effect caused by the composite layer can be neglected.Titanium steel composite The finned tube can be applied directly to the device.
