| The recovery of organic solvent is a physical separation process,and its technical difficulty is not great.The recovery of recyclable resources from waste organic solvents is in line with the demand of current sustainable development.Through the recovery of organic waste liquid,the waste organic solvent can be recycled and valuable products can be produced,which has the dual benefits of economy and environmental protection.In this paper,a rainbow stripping solution is taken as an example to design a packed rectification column for the separation of stripping liquid-solvent system,in order to obtain high-purity electronic grade organic solvent,which provides a reference for its industrialization.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Taking the rainbow stripping liquid as an example,through the process design and debugging of the distillation tower,the influencing factors such as the reflux flow rate,the reflux ratio,the number of trays,and the height of the plate are explored to obtain the best process parameter.for the operation of the distillation column.And the comprehensive benefit analysis of the process shows that the project has certain feasibility,and the income is relatively high,the overall profitability is relatively strong,and its overall economic benefit is ideal.(2)Under optimal production conditions,the recovery rate of the primary rectification production of the rainbow stripping solution is 74.8%.(3)The secondary pollution “three wastes” produced by the rainbow stripping liquid rectification production process are properly disposed and disposed.The generated waste gas is washed by two acid washing towers and activated carbon adsorption to the standard row;the generated wastewater is classified and classified by pretreatment + mixing treatment + deep treatment and discharged to the standard;The classification and separation of the produced wastewater are discharged after pretreatment + mixing treatment + advanced treatment;The generated dangerous solid wastes are stored in the temporary storage area of hazardous wastes.This area is set up to meet the requirements of anti-seepage,wind-proof,rain-proof and sun-proof in the Hazardous Waste Storage Pollution Control Standards,and the hazardous waste management system is strictly implemented. |
