Mechanical Vapor Recompression(MVR)technology has become a new research focus as a new concentrated extraction process,and some related research has been done at home and abroad.MVR technology at home and abroad is mainly used in the fields of pharmaceutical,light industrial food,petrochemical,biological engineering and sewage treatment,and has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.However,MVR technology equipment has mechanical energy consumption.How to develop high-efficiency mechanical steam compressors has become the main bottleneck for the current promotion and application of MVR technology.Centrifugal compressors have high efficiency in mechanical energy conversion and performance stability,making them the primary choice for developing steam compressors.The mechanical core component of the compressor in the compression system is the impeller,which is the key component of the whole system.It is the key to recycling the gas and has a great influence on the energy saving and safe operation of the whole system.However,the impeller belongs to the curved shape,and the accuracy of the structural shape is the key to affect its running performance.The structural design and processing method are especially important.Therefore,the research on the optimization design and advanced processing technology of the steam compressor impeller has certain academic value.And a broader application prospect.According to the required process requirements,the relevant process parameters obtained from the design of centrifugal compressor impeller are as follows: impeller inlet diameter D0=0.336 m,blade inlet diameter D1=0.368 m,impeller outer diameter D2=0.642 m,blade inlet width b1=0.046 m,blade outlet width b2=0.025 m,hub diameter d=0.16 m.Fluid-solid coupling analysis shows that the strength,deformation and safety of the impeller meet the required process requirements.At last,the optimal molding parameters obtained in the laser selection melting molding are as follows: single layer thickness is 0.05 mm,filling spacing is 0.14 mm,filling speed is 650mm/s,and filling power is 300 w.
