All inorganic perovskite nanocrystals have been widely used in laser, solar cell and other manufacturing technologies due to their excellent optical properties. However, like most nanocrystals, perovskite nanocrystals still have some density capture defects, and the instability of nanocrystals prepared by thermal injection method greatly restricts the practical use of total inorganic perovskite.Reducing the surface defects of perovskite crystals and improving their stability are the current problems to be solved. Therefore, perovskite nanocrystals were successfully precipitated in glass matrix by heat treatment, and their morphology, microstructure and luminescence properties were studied by a series of test methods. The research content of this paper is divided into the following two parts:1.A series of Ni2+doped CsPbBr3 nanocrystalline glass was successfully prepared. Thanks to the nickel doping, the formation energy of the perovskite NCs is increased, and the short-range order of the perovskite crystal lattice is greatly improved,so that the NCs glass has higher fluorescence intensity and PLQYs?up to 84.3%?.2.A series of different concentrations of Cd2+doped CsPbBr3nanocrystalline glass were prepared by melting method, the problem of poor long-term stability of CsPbBr3 NCs was solved by dispersing CsPbBr3NCs in stable B-Si-Zn base glass. The prepared NCs glass showed a stable green luminescence under UV light, and PLQY reached 68.8%.
