Metal nickel is a silver-white metal that is widely used in the manufacture of special steels, alloys and electroplating because of its good mechanical strength, ductility and toughness. It is also used in the preparation of functional materials such as catalysts and batteries.Important non-ferrous metal resources.Today,two-thirds of the world's nickel resources come from nickel sulphide mines. With the rapid development of the global economy, the two hot issues in the world today are the development of new energy sources and the comprehensive utilization of mineral resources. In this paper, the use of metallurgy, energy, materials and other fields to connect with each other, the idea of using low-ice nickel chlorination roasting water immersion solution to prepare new energy materials-NiO-CuO/Fe2O3 composite metal oxide materials, and organic dyes for composite materials Degradation is used to detect the photocatalytic properties of the material. The preparation, characterization and photocatalytic properties of ?-Fe2O3 oxide materials and NiO-CuO/Fe2O3 composite metal oxide materials were studied. The main contents include:(1)The ?-Fe2O3 catalytic material was prepared by chemical precipitation method and ammonia water as precipitant. The three single-factor experiments of pH,ammonia concentration and calcination temperature of ammonia solution were studied respectively, and the effect of ?-Fe2O3 on the performance of the prepared ?-Fe2O3 was studied. The organic dye is targeted to methyl orange solution to detect the degradation ability of ?-Fe2O3.The experimental results show that the optimal synthesis conditions of ?-Fe2O3 are termination pH 8.9,ammonia concentration 1:10,calcination temperature 400?.At this time,?-Fe2O3 has the highest degradation rate to methyl orange solution, reaching 55%.The ?-Fe2O3 prepared under the optimal conditions was adsorbed and photocatalyzed by methyl orange solution and methylene blue solution added with H2O2 respectively. The adsorption rates of the two solutions were 56%and 4%,respectively,and the photocatalytic degradation rate was 100%and 97%.(2)NiO-CuO/Fe2O3 composite metal oxide materials were prepared by coprecipitation method and NaOH as precipitant. The photocatalytic properties of the composites were studied by methylene blue. The effects of precipitation temperature, molar ratio of Ni-Cu to Fe and calcination temperature on the catalytic performance of the composites were investigated. The experimental results show that the precipitation temperature is 25?,the molar ratio of Ni-Cu to Fe is 1:3,and the calcination temperature is 600?.The degradation rate of the composite material to methylene blue solution is 99%.
