Self-healing conductive hydrogel is a material that has both self-healing properties and conductive properties.The hydrogel has soft properties but poor toughness.The material is easily damaged.The self-healing hydrogel contains reversible bonds and is After destruction,it can be generated again,giving the material self-healing properties.Self-healing conductive hydrogel can be applied to electronic skin,flexible circuits,etc.,and has gradually become a research hotspot.In this paper,a new type of self-healing conductive hydrogel was prepared by mixing water-soluble highly conductive graphene ink into an alginate/gelatin hydrogel system containing reversible Schiff base bonds.Graphene has good electrical conductivity.Water-soluble graphene ink can be evenly dispersed in water and form a good compound with the hydrogel.First,the hydrogel raw material was modified and prepared as a precursor solution.Then,by adjusting the graphene content,the structure,self-healing properties,and electrical conductivity of the hydrogel were analyzed and discussed.The polystyrene sulfonate doped 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT/PSS)composite hydrogel and graphene-based composite hydrogel with self-healing conductive properties were designed and prepared.Poly 3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene(PEDOT/PSS)doped with polystyrene sulfonate has the advantages of high conductivity,environmental protection,and thermal stability.It is incorporated into an oxidized sodium alginate/N-carboxyethyl chitosan hydrogel containing a reversible Schiff base bond and an acylhydrazone bond to prepare a self-healing and conductive hydrogel.First,the self-healing hydrogel materials were modified to prepare oxidized sodium alginate and carboxylated chitosan.Then,PEDOT/PSS was incorporated into the oxidized sodium alginate precursor solution to make the PEDOT/PSS conductive system and The hydrogel network structure was formed at the same time,and the content,PEDOT/PSS,hydrogel structure,self-healing properties,and conductive properties were analyzed and discussed.Finally,we tried two applications of self-healing conductive hydrogels,and designed a self-healing flexible circuit that has good conductive properties and can heal quickly when it is disconnected.After the recovery,the conductivity is good.In this research,a new type of self-healing conductive hydrogel structure is proposed,and its application prospect as a flexible circuit is demonstrated.
