In recent years, flexible wearable pressure sensors for monitoring human healthcare and activities have attracted great attention.According to the research history and latest research trends of flexible wearable devices, this paper proposes two feasible solutions of flexible wearable pressure sensors based on Metal Organic Framework(MOF)materials with high sensitivity and fast response time, and can be applied to real-time monitoring of human body signals and wireless transmission, and the application of new electronic skins. The detailed work is as follows:1.The flexible breathable pressure sensor was assembled by sandwiching the polyurethane sponge composed of carbonized MOF material and poly aniline fiber(C-MOF/PANIF@PU)between a breathable fabric and an interdigitated electrode-coated fabric. The assembled sensor demonstrates a wide sensing range(up to 60 kPa),high sensitivity(158.26 kPa-1),fast response/recovery time(22 ms/20 ms),reliable breathability and an excellent repeatability over 15000 cycles. At the same time, the influence of the proportion of conductive materials on the sensing performance of the device and the influence of the thickness of the sponge on the mechanical properties and breathability of the conductive sponge were explored. The best conditions for preparing the sensor were determined. Finally, the pressure sensor as a wearable device can be used to detect human motion signals such as finger bending and wrist pulse.2.The spherical MOF composite polyurethane sponge(CRF@PU)is fixed on the interdigitated electrode-coated polylactic acid(PLA)film to produce the flexible and wearable pressure sensor. The CRF@PU sponge based sensor has a wide working range(up to 62.5 kPa),fast response(24 ms)and recovery time(19 ms),high sensitivity(574.80 kPa-1)and excellent repeatability of more than 6000 cycles,so it can be used for monitoring a variety of human movements. In addition, the pressure sensor can also be connected to a wireless transmitter for wireless transmission, and real-time recording of human movements over long distances through Wi-Fi.
