People work in an organizational environment,and their performance is largely the product of the surrounding environment.Therefore,technical errors or individual errors only occur as a result of accidents,and organizational errors have gradually become the focus of scholars' research.This paper studies the transmission mechanism of organizational errors,individual errors and organizational errors from the perspective of accident causes.In order to deepen the understanding of organizational errors,an exploratory study was first conducted based on the comparison of the texts of accident causes,accident penalties and accident learning in the accident investigation reports between China and the United States.On the basis of combing the relevant literature,this paper clearly puts forward the concept connotation,characteristics and manifestations of organizational errors and individual errors,and empirically studies the mediating role of computational trust in the transmission of organizational errors through investigation and research.The main conclusions are as follows:?A comparative study of accident investigation reports between China and the United States shows the importance of organizational errors in accident research,laying a foundation for in-depth analysis of organizational errors and individual errors.?The concept connotation,characteristics and manifestation of organizational error and individual error are put forward,and on this basis,the difference and relation between organizational error and individual error are discussed.?Propose the concept connotation,hierarchy and realizability of employee trust in enterprise safety management.?Propose a theoretical model of the mechanism of organizational errors affecting individual errors with computational trust as the intermediate variable,and test the model through empirical research.
