At present, although China's manufacturing industry has the scale advantage of global attention,it still faces the new development height and continues to advance, along with the green cutting concept and the processing demand of high efficiency and high precision for difficult to process materials. This paper presents the application of Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication technology in the machining of SiCp/Al composite.Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication technology is a green cutting technology, which has the advantages of reducing environmental pollution and improving machining quality. Therefore, this paper studies the machining surface characteristics of Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication technology high speed milling SiCp/Al composite materials.First of all,the single factor test method is used to optimize the cutting tools under the dry cutting and Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication cutting mode, and the tools that have little influence on the surface roughness are selected for subsequent test and research. The orthogonal test of surface roughness is carried out in the environment of Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication. The range analysis is made by using the results of orthogonal test and the prediction model of surface roughness is established. Then the model and coefficient are checked to see whether they are significant.Secondly,by comparing the surface roughness of dry cutting and Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication cutting, the influence of different cutting environment on the surface roughness of the specimen is analyzed.According to the orthogonal test, the milling parameters and lubrication parameters which have significant influence on the surface roughness are selected. The influence of milling parameters and lubrication parameters on the surface roughness and surface morphology is tested in the Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication environment. Then, the work hardening of the milled sample is detected, and the work hardening results of dry cutting and Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication cutting are compared and analyzed. The effects of milling parameters?milling speed v,feed per tooth fz?and lubrication parameters?cold air temperature T,cutting oil Q0?on the work hardening of the specimen were analyzed.Finally,X-ray stress instrument is used to detect and analyze the residual stress of the specimen under dry cutting and Cryogenic Minimum Quantity Lubrication cutting. The influence of milling parameters and lubrication parameters on the surface residual stress of specimens under low temperature micro lubrication cutting is mainly studied.DEFORM-3D finite element simulation is used to simulate the residual stress of low temperature micro lubrication high speed milling SiCp/Al composite materials and analyze the test The change rule of the deep residual stress is studied, and the simulation results are compared with the test results.
