In petroleum refinery the separation of cyclic-aromatics from the aromatic-aliphatic mixture is a hard process, since they have close range boiling points which leads to the formation of azeotropes.Up-to the date,no efficient separation method is exist for aliphatic-aromatic mixture with less than 20 wt%aromatic concentrations. In this study,Ionic Liquid(ILs)analogous Deep Eutectic Solvents(DES)used as separating agent for benzene removal from N-Hexane.The selected DESs were based on the three different types HBAs benzyltributylammonium chloride, benzyltrimethylammonium chloride tetrabutylammonium bromide, and three dissimilar kinds of HBDs i.e.glycerol,ethylene glycol, and sulfolane were selected from this combination four DESs DES1[BTBCL:EG],DES2[BTMCL:EG],DES4[BTMCL:GLY]at 1:3 ratio and DES3[TBABr:Sulf]at 1:5 were made. The LLE data were established for three component system {benzene(1)+n-hexane(2)+DES(3)} the experiments were conducted at 25? and at atmospheric pressure for all four DESs.The calculation of selectivities and distribution co-efficient,performance index and efficiencies were established.Furthermore effects of HBA,Effect of HBD were perceived for DES1,DES2,and DES4.In all DESs it was found that with the increasing benzene concentration in the bottom phase(Raffinate),selectivities, and distribution co-efficient decreases accordingly.Among all four DESs the[TBABr:Sulf]performed good then others so further its HBA-HBD mole ratio effect was tested at 1:3,1:5,1:7 it was found that ratio 1:5 relatively better performance than other two ratio. Finally the temperature effect of DES3 at ratio 1:5 at different temperature was test,it was observed there is relatively minor effect of temperature on performance. All the experimental results were validated with the most famous co-relations Othmer-Tobies and Hands correlation and it was found that the linearity is very close to 1.Finally at the end the obtained data from experiments were co-related with thermodynamic model called as NRTL model in ASPEN-PLUS 9.5 Version.
