Abdominal tumors are a common type of tumor, including abdominal wall, peritoneal tumors, liver tumors, gastrointestinal tumors, etc.Clinically, surgical resection methods are often used for treatment, which can effectively prevent tumor growth and metastasis. However,it is often accompanied by poor resection, tumor recurrence and other conditions, causing problems for doctors and patients.Traditional chemical drug treatment is a commonly used cancer intervention, but chemotherapy is often accompanied by serious systemic side effects and damage to normal cells is inevitable,so the trend of new targeted precision drug delivery is inevitable. In addition, after abdominal tumor resection, wounds caused by surgical operations often have intra-abdominal mucosal adhesions. At present, the anti-adhesion film has been born, which is attached at the wound to provide a layer of physical barrier isolation. However, the biocompatibility of this anti-adhesion membrane is poor, and post-operative wound local inflammation is inevitable, and there are still many deficiencies in clinical application. In response to the above clinical needs,we have developed an electrospun micro/nano fiber membrane loaded with multiple drugs. The fiber membrane is prepared by synthetically degradable biomedical material polycaprolactone(PCL)through the electrospinning process. The membrane material is interwoven with micron/nano-level fiber filaments and has a good spatial structure.Fiber has a core-shell structure,is a good drug carrier, and can load a variety of drugs,we load anti-tumor drugs,anti-adhesion drugs and immunotherapy drugs in the fiber, and build a graded sustained-release drug system. The fibrous membrane can be implanted into the wound through surgery, which can not only serve as a physical barrier to prevent adhesion, but also can locally and continuously release drugs, effectively kill tumor cells in the long term, activate the corresponding immune pathways, prevent tumor recurrence, and prevent The occurrence of tissue adhesion. The PCL electrospinning membrane has better mechanical properties and adapts to the requirements of in vivo implantation. After the surface modification of the material,it has better tissue mucosa affinity and can be kept attached to the wound. Moreover,in the body,PCL electrospinning membrane has good biodegradability, can be degraded and metabolized in the body, has little side effects on the human body, and has good biocompatibility. It provides a new solution to the clinical solution of tumor recurrence and tissue adhesion that may occur after abdominal tumor surgery. In addition,in the operation of abdominal tumor resection, due to the large number of internal organs in the abdominal cavity and the large number of arterial networks, abdominal trauma is prone to occur, leading to massive bleeding. We also developed a hemostatic sponge for heavy bleeding. The sponge achieves the effect of rapid hemostasis by absorbing plasma to concentrate blood cells, chitosan positively adsorbing blood cells, algae salt to activate blood coagulation factors, local gel state transformation and adhesion to closed wounds. The sponge is made of natural polysaccharides, has good biocompatibility, and will not harm the body.It provides an effective solution for abdominal hemorrhage that may occur during abdominal tumor resection.
