Due to the peculiar properties of semiconductor oxides and nano-effects of nanofibers,the inorganic semiconductor oxides loaded composite nanofibers were widely used in various fields such as industry,agriculture,medicine,aviation,environmental monitoring,transportation,etc.In this paper,the hetero-structured CuO-ZnO loaded composite nanofiber membranes(CNFMs)were prepared by a combination of electrospinning technology,heat treatment and hydrothermal method,and were applied to photocatalytic degradation of organic dyes.Firstly,PVDF/PAN/Cu(Ac)2/Zn(Ac)2CNFMs were fabricated using electrospinning And the effects of electrospinning parameters on morphology,structure and properties of CNFMs were investigated.The results showed that when Cu(Ac)2:Zn(Ac)2=1:1,PVDF:PAN=5:5 and Cu(Ac)2/Zn(Ac)2:PVDF/PAN=1:2,the morphology and mechanical property of the CNFMs were relatively better and the Cu(Ac)2and Zn(Ac)2particles were evenly distributed on the surface of the fibers.Secondly,PVDF/PAN CNFMs containing CuO and ZnO nanocrystals were obtained by heat-treatment.And the effects of temperature and duration of heat treatment on morphology,structure and properties of CuO and ZnO loaded CNFMs were studied.The results showed that the morphology,structure and mechanical properties of obtained CuO and ZnO loaded CNFMs were relatively better when the heat treatment temperature was in the range of 120?-140?,and the duration of heat treatment was 18hThirdly,the hetero-structured CuO-ZnO based on CNFMs was prepared by hydrothermal method.Then the effects of hydrothermal temperature,hydrothermal synthesis time,growth solution concentration and growth solution volume on the morphology of CuO-ZnO composite oxide formed were investigated.The results showed that the morphology and structure of the obtained hetero-structured CuO-ZnO was best when the hydrothermal temperature was in the range of 120-140?,the hydrothermal synthesis time was 6 h,the growth solution was the saturated solution and the growth solution volume ratio(relative to the reaction kettle)was 1:5.Finally,the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange was carried out by using the hetero-structured CuO-ZnO loaded CNFMs for 24 h.The final degradation rate was 92.7%,and it was higher than CNFMs with CuO or ZnO only.The hetero-structured CuO-ZnO loaded CNFMs could be reused to degrade methyl orange at least three times,and the degradation rate remained above 90%.
