In the last ten years,photocatalysis have developed rapidly due to the advantage of high efficiency,cleanness,green and broad functional group tolerance.When a molecule contains F atom,the polarity of this molecule will change significantly,the permeability and fat solubility of this molecule will improve,and also increasing stability of organic drugs.When a molecule contains CF3 group,the physical and chemical properties of this molecule will significant change,the membrane permeability and bioavailability of this compound will improve,so it is widely used in medicine,pesticides,organic dyes,etc.So how to introduce CF3 group into a molecule in relatively mild reaction conditions is really important.This paper mainly describes a reaction in visible light,uses Mn(acac)3 as a photocatalyst or sulfuric acid as additive,realizes introduction of CF3 groups or CF3SO2 group into alkenes.This thesis is composed of two parts:1.Uses Mn(acac)3 as a photocatalyst to realize hydroxytrifluoromethylation of unactivated alkenes in visible light conditionsBy using Mn(acac)3 as a photocatalyst,sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate as trifluoromethyl(CF3)group source,oxygen in the air as a source of hydroxyl oxygen,1,4-Dioxane and acetone as solvent,we have achieved hydroxytrifluoromethylation of unactivated alkenes in 40 W blue light emitting diode conditions.In a word,we use much more cheap and commercialized photocatalyst,also this reaction occurs in mild reaction conditions for we use oxygen as oxidant.2.Promoting by sulfuric acid to realize hydroxytrifluoromethanesulfonylation of electron-deficient alkenes in visible light conditionsBy using sulfuric acid as additive,sodium trifluoromethanesulfinate as Trifluoromethanesulfonyl group source,benzene as solvent,we have achieved hydroxytrifluoromethanesulfonylation of electron-deficient alkenes in 40 W blue light emitting diode conditions.We creatively use sulfuric acid as additive in this system,and avoid using metals catalysts,which makes the reaction system greener.
