With the development and deployment of 5G communication technologies,microwave dielectric ceramic materials are used as dielectric antennas,resonators,filters,diplexers and substrates in 5G communication system base stations?micro base stations?or terminals,and have received extensive attention from domestic and foreign scientific research institutions and industry.Mg O ceramics are simple to prepare,cheap in raw materials,with excellent microwave performance and performance,which have great scientific research value.This paper detailed studies on the three aspects of Mg O-based ceramics from sintering aids,ion substitution and composite preparation.?1?Li F/H3BO3 doped modified Mg O-based ceramics.Through the DSC and DIL,the sintering process of this ceramics was analyzed,and it is confirmed that the liquid phase appears when Li F is substituted,which is beneficial to the sintering of Mg O ceramics.Through XRD and SEM,the effects of crystal form conversion,sintering aid on grain growth,grain size and pores on the performance of Mg O ceramics were analyzed.Finally,the microwave dielectric properties,thermal conductivity and bending properties of this ceramics are analyzed and s?mmarized.?2?4mol%Li F-Ti O2/Zr O2 doped modified Mg O-based ceramics.The sintering reaction process of this ceramics was analyzed in detail through DSC,DIL and variable temperature XRD.During the sintering process of 4mol%Li F-Ti O2/Zr O2doped Mg O-based ceramics,Ti O2 and Mg O began to sinter at about 700?,and Zr O2did not react chemically with Mg O.It is proved that the proper amount of Ti O2doping is beneficial to promote the co MPaction of Mg O-based ceramics.Finally,the microwave dielectric properties,thermal conductivity and bending properties of this ceramics are analyzed and s?mmarized.?3?4mol%Li F-Ca Ti O3/Sr Ti O3 doped modified Mg O-based ceramics.Through DIL,DSC,XRD and SEM,the sintering process of 4mol%Li F-Ca Ti O3/Sr Ti O3 doped Mg O-based ceramics was analyzed.XRD and SEM tests confirmed that both Ca Ti O3/Sr Ti O3 will not react with Mg O-based ceramics.Both will have different amounts of solid solution in Mg O grains,and both will accelerate grain growth.Finally,the structure and performance of this ceramics with microwave dielectric properties,thermal conductivity and bending resistance are s?mmarized and analyzed.
