China is the world's largest coal producer,and coal is the main body of China's energy consumption.However,coal mine safety accidents have seriously restricted the safe and sustainable development of the coal industry.Among the larger and larger accidents in coal mines,coal and gas outburst accidents account for the largest proportion,and the number of casualties is also the largest.The prevention of coal and gas outburst accidents and the expansion of their disasters are of great significance to the safety of coal mine production.When coal and gas outburst occurs,huge energy will be released in a short period of time.A large amount of coal and gas will be ejected from the coal body,move along the roadway and impact the anti-burst door and other facilities along the way.The anti-burst damper undergoes elastoplastic deformation under the effect of impact load,and the adjustment window,air duct,etc.are the weak links of the anti-burst damper.Destruction will occur,and the prominent gas will be reversed.Therefore,master the flow and attenuation rules of the gas flow after the windshield and air cylinder of the anti-burst door fail,and take effective measures to block the gas reverse flow when the coal and gas outburst accident occurs,protect personnel safety and underground facilities from damage,prevent Highlighting has important guiding significance.This subject takes prominent gas as the research object,using theoretical analysis and numerical simulation research methods to study the movement and attenuation of countercurrent flow of prominent gas through the hole,and constructing the mathematics of dissipation loss when the typical gas flow passes through a typical door wall hole The model is to guide the prevention of coal and gas outburst gas flowing through the anti-burst gate.The dissipation loss of outburst impinging airflow through the anti-burst door hole is divided into two lane space areas for analysis,and the energy loss law after coal and gas outburst point to the anti-burst door and outburst gas flow passing through the anti-burst door.On the basis of previous studies,a mathematical model that highlights the typical flow of gas flow through anti-burst doors is constructed and verified by simulation software.When the protruding gas flow passes through the hole of the anti-surge door,the peak of the hole will suddenly increase,but due to the small area of the anti-surge door,the total energy of the protruding gas flow becomes smaller.When the protruding gas flow enters the tunnel through the anti-burst door,the intensity of the gas flow decreases.The greater the change in the area of the anti-burst door hole,the smaller the intensity of the outburst gas flow and the faster the outburst gas flow decay.According to the standards of human injury and equipment destruction,the safety distance between personnel and equipment is determined to provide a theoretical reference for further perfecting the technical standards of anti-burst doors and anti-backflow devices.
