Nano-zinc oxide?ZnO?is a new type of multifunctional inorganic material that has been studied more in recent years.It has specific physical and chemical properties,and it has very broad prospects in many fields of application,especially in close connection with people's lives.The unique ability is demonstrated in environmental purification applications.Due to the wide band gap of zinc oxide,the shortcoming that it can only respond in the ultraviolet region with higher energy limits the practical application of nano-zinc oxide.Therefore,the preparation,modification and photocatalytic performance of nano-ZnO have become the main research hotspots today.In this paper,on the basis of summarizing the basic principles and influencing factors of semiconductor photocatalytic reaction and the research progress of nano-ZnO in photocatalysis,water bath method and ultrasonic assisted water bath method were used to prepare flower sphere nano ZnO with specific morphology,Spheroidal nano-ZnO,and successfully loaded CdS on the surface of the spheroidal ZnO and spheroidal nano-ZnO,respectively,and successfully loaded CuS on the surface of the spheroidal nano-ZnO.XRD,FESEM,DRS and other characterization methods were used to study the phase structure,morphology and photocatalytic performance of the three composites.The main content includes the following aspects:?1?Using NaOH and Zn?CH3COO?2·2H2O as raw materials,the spherical globular nano-ZnO was prepared by water bath method.Based on this,Cd?CH3COO?2·2H2O and H2HCSNH2 were used as raw materials,and the CdS was successfully loaded on the surface of ZnO by ultrasonic-assisted water bath method,and a spherical CdS/ZnO composite was prepared.The formation mechanism and process of ZnO and flower globular CdS/ZnO composites were discussed,and their photoelectric properties were studied using photocurrent workstations.The results show that the photoresponsive current intensity of CdS/ZnO composites under visible light is better than that of pure ZnO and CdS.The light absorption range of the CdS/ZnO composite was detected,and the detection result showed that the light absorption range of the CdS/ZnO composite was in the visible light region.The photocatalytic performance was tested using malachite green and Congo red,and compared with pure ZnO and CdS.The results showed that the degradation of malachite green and Congo red by CdS/ZnO composite of flower bulb reached the respectively 94.43%and 91.94%are higher than the degradation rate of ZnO and CdS to malachite green and Congo red.And the degradation of CdS/ZnO composite was studied.Through free radical trapping experiments,we found that the prepared CdS/ZnO composite degrades malachite green when·O2-and·OH play a major catalytic degradation role.In the process of degrading Congo red,·O2-plays a catalytic role.?2?Using the OH-provided by NaOH solution to promote the hydrolysis of Zn?CH3COO?2·2H2O,the spiny spherical nano-ZnO was prepared in combination with the water bath method.The water bath method provides energy for the combination of Cd2+produced by the hydrolysis of Cd?CH3COO?2·2H2O and S2-produced by the hydrolysis of H2HCSNH2 to form CdS.Using the above method,CdS was successfully loaded on the surface of ZnO,and the composite CdS/ZnO was prepared.The phase and morphology of the CdS/ZnO composite were analyzed by XRD and SEM.The analysis results showed that the sample prepared by the experiment was CdS/ZnO composite.The formation mechanism and process of the spheroidal nano-ZnO and CdS/ZnO composites were further discussed.The ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer was used to detect the light absorption range of the CdS/ZnO composites.The results showed that the CdS/ZnO composites can be obtained by absorbing visible light energy.The photocatalytic performance of the CdS/ZnO composite was tested using malachite green and Congo red,and compared with pure ZnO and CdS.The results showed that the photocatalytic degradation of malachite green and Congo red by the spiny spherical CdS/ZnO composite.The ability is higher than pure ZnO and CdS.?3?CuCl2·2H2O and H2HCSNH2 were used as raw materials for the spheroidal ZnO substrate.The ultrasonic-assisted water bath method was successfully used to load CuS on the surface of ZnO,and the composite CuS/ZnO composite was prepared.The phase and morphology of the ZnO composite were analyzed.The analysis results showed that the prepared CuS/ZnO composite had a uniform shape and no other phases.The formation mechanism and process of the spheroidal CuS/ZnO were discussed,and the light absorption range of the CuS/ZnO composite was analyzed.The analysis results showed that the CuS/ZnO composite had a strong absorption capacity for visible light.Malachite green is used to detect the photocatalytic performance of CuS/ZnO composite,and compared with pure ZnO and CuS.The comparison results show that compared with CuS and ZnO,the
