In the process of using hydrogen energy for power supply in fuel cells,there is a problem of soft characteristic of power supply problem,which will cause a long cold start time and a slow dynamic response speed of power follow-up.The purpose of adding fuel cell power supply system energy management is to effectively solve this problem.This paper takes the fuel cell integrated power supply system as the research object,mainly studies the energy management system of the fuel cell integrated power supply system and the system energy management strategy based on the fuel cell power soft characteristic compensation.First and foremost,the overall structure of the fuel cell integrated power supply system has been determined,and the characteristics of each component unit have been analyzed.The triple bidirectional DC/DC converter has been selected as the main circuit topology of the multi-source power supply system,and the working principle of the triple bidirectional DC/DC converter has been described,the mathematical model of the converter has been established,the main circuit parameters have been designed,the control mode of the converter has been analyzed,and simulation verification has been carried out.On this basis,this paper focus on the energy management system of the fuel cell integrated power supply system and determines the capacity configuration of the fuel cell integrated power supply system.From the analysis of the fuel cell power soft characteristic mechanism,an energy management strategy based on the fuel cell power soft characteristic has been proposed,coordinating the control system energy flow.And the working mode of the fuel cell integrated power supply system and the mode entry and switching criteria have been determined.MATLAB/Simulink software has been used to build a simulation model of the fuel cell integrated power supply system.Simulation experiments have been conducted on the system power supply in various working modes.The simulation results perform well in terms of stable bus voltage and faster response speed,which verified the correctness of theoretical analysis.The experimental platform of fuel cell integrated power supply system has been developed,and the system joint debugging experiment has been carried out.The experimental results verify that the fuel cell integrated power supply system under the improved energy management strategy can effectively compensate the soft characteristics of fuel cell power,enhance the power output performance of the system,improve the dynamic response speed of the system,and have good power supply performance.
