This study investigated the removal efficiency of various pollutants in the SBR staged water inlet process staged water inlet volume ratio,different external carbon sources,and different bCOD/NO3--N conditions during the anoxic stirring stage before and after.The processing technology provides a theoretical reference.The operation process of the SBR advanced treatment process of staged water inlet is:artificial one-time water inlet V-L,aerobic aeration 3.5h,artificial one-time water inlet V2L,anoxic stirring 2.5h,anaerobic stirring 2.5h,and aerobic aeration 3h Stirred for 7.5 h,aerobic aeration for 1 h,precipitation for 0.5 h,dehydration for 0.5 h,and idle for 3 h.The reaction period was 24 h.Experimental research shows:?1?The volumetric feed water ratio,the type of external carbon source and the amount of addition have no effect on the ammonia nitrogen removal of the process,and temperature is the main factor affecting the ammonia nitrogen removal rate.When the average water temperature in the reactor is in the range of 13.8?22?,the ammonia nitrogen in the effluent can stably reach the surface environmental quality standard class ? water quality standard,and the average removal rate of ammonia nitrogen reaches more than 99%.The concentration exceeds 1.0mg/L,but it can stably reach the level A emission standard.?2?Industrial grade sodium acetate contains toxic substances to microorganisms and has a high nbCOD content,which is not suitable as an additional carbon source.?3?The main influencing factors of TN removal rate when organic carbon source.When the staged water volume ratio is 1.6/2.9,the average TN removal rate is 74.538%,which is 16.101%higher than that when the staged water volume ratio is 2/2.5.When the staged water volume ratio is 2/2.5,the SV30 in the reactor is reduced from 38%to 20%?SS concentration is 2274mg/L?and the TN removal rate is reduced from 66.290%to 42.731%within the 21d monitoring period.With an average water temperature of 13.8? and bCOD/NO3--N=6 in the pre-denitrification stage,when the bCOD/NO3--N in the endogenous denitrification stage is 5or 4,the average removal rates of TN are 99.156%,99.224%,the TN of the effluent can stably reach the Class ? surface water quality standard.However,the average COD removal rate at the endogenous denitrification stage bCOD/NO3--N=4 was 88.112%,and the effluent COD could not be stabilized to the level A emission standard.?4?When bCOD/NO3--N=3.1 in the anoxic stirring phase,nitrate nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen accumulate in the denitrified effluent;when bCOD/NO3--N=5 in the anoxic stirring phase,Nitrite effluent has nitrite nitrogen accumulation;when bCOD/NO3--N=6 in the anoxic stirring stage,the nitrate nitrogen concentration in the denitrified effluent is 0 mg/L,and the nitrite nitrogen concentration is below 0.1 mg/L.?5?The volumetric feed water ratio and the amount of carbon source added have little effect on the COD removal rate of the process.The average COD effluent meets the Class A A discharge standard,and the average COD removal rate is 91.00%.?6?When SRT=70d,bCOD/NO3--N before and after the hypoxic agitation phase are 6,4 respectively,the TP removal rate is the largest,with an average removal rate of 31.424%.When TP reaches the emission standard above Grade A,chemical methods are needed to remove phosphorus.?7?The average water temperature is 13.8 ?.When sodium acetate is added before and after the anoxic stirring stage,the SV30 in the reactor is in the range of 68%to 75%,and the average SS concentration is 3400mg/L.There is a risk of swelling of the activated sludge.
