Greaseproof paper refers to a type of paper that can resist the penetration of grease, mainly including PE-coated paper,fluorine-containing oil-repellent coated paper and non-fluorine-containing oil-repellent coated paper.However,fluorine-containing greaseproof agents will destroy the ozone layer and PE-coated paper is difficult to degrade naturally. On the basis of non-fluorinated oil-repellent coated paper, research of bio-environmentally degradable micro-nanocellulose oil-proof barrier paper was carried out.Regenerated cellulose and pure mechanical CNF are used as paper barrier coatings and film materials to improve the oil and solvent resistance of paper, which broaden the research of micro-nanocellulose products for oil and paper barriers and provided new ideas development of degradation. The details are as follows:(1)Tempo oxidation homogenization method CNF was prepared from pulp fibers, and then CNF was applied to the paper surface to obtain CNF-coated oil-resistant paper, and its oil-proof grade and paper performance were analyzed. When the CNF coating amount is 2.8 g/m~2,the oil-proof grade of the coated paper reaches level 6,which can meet the requirements of common food oil-proof paper(level 6?8);when the coating amount increases to 4.9 g/m~2,The oil-proof grade of coated paper reaches level 12,and it has good heat-proof oil-proof solvent and gas barrier performance.(2)Cellulose alkali urea solution is prepared and coated on a glassine paper base paper, then the coated paper is immersed in different coagulation baths for cellulose regeneration, and after drying,a regenerated cellulose coated paper is obtained. When the coating amount is 2g/m~2,the oil-proof grade of the coated paper is 6;when the coating amount is increased to 5g/m~2,the oil-proof grade is the highest oil-proof grade 12,and the solvent absorption rate is low to 0.88%,the pores are roughly distributed between 0.1?m and 0.25?m.(3)Prepare pure mechanical method MNF,and then obtain MNF wet film by vacuum suction filtration method, and finally use the film transfer method to obtain MNF film transfer paper;when the calendering pressure is 50 N and the membrane quantitative is 1.15 g/m~2,the paper can reach grade 6 oil proof level that oil food can be wrapped for a short time;when the calendering pressure is 50 N and the film ration is 1.4 g/m~2,the paper can reach grade 12 oil proof level, and has the effect of heat proof oil and solvent proof.SEM shows that the thickness of MNF film is only 200 nm,and there is no pore on the surface;TGA shows that MNF loss15%less than pulp fiber in the second mass loss stage(280??360?),and the thermal stability of MNF film was stronger.Compared with the previous two methods, the membrane transfer method greatly saves the amount of cellulose when the same oil-proof grade is achieved, and the preparation process is more green and environmental friendly and more suitable for industrial production.
