In order to realize the functional application of magadiite(MAG)in the advance field,this paper studied from the structural characteristics of MAG,doped conductive polymer Polyaniline(PANi)and Polypyrrole(PPy)was compounded with MAG for exploring the application potential of MAG in energy storage,pollutant adsorption and other fields,which has important research significance and reference value for the application of MAG in the field of functional materials.In this paper,hydrochloric acid solution was used to modify MAG to obtain HMAG,which was used to prepare HMAG/PANi composite material with aniline,ammonium persulfate(APS)and dodecylbenzene sulfonic acid(DBSA).The composite material maintains the rosette-like morphology of HMAG,PANi particles are dispersed obviously inside and outside the HMAG layer,the agglomeration phenomenon is reduced;XRD analysis shows PANi is successfully inserted between the HMAG layer plates,increasing the spacing of the 001-crystal plane and crystallizing.FT-IR analysis shows there are absorption peaks of benzene and quinone structures on the PANi molecular chain of the composite material,the absorption peak areas are equal;based on the above conclusions,the preparation process and the ratio of reaction raw materials are explored by XRD The influence of the structure of the composite material,increasing the reaction temperature,prolonging the polymerization time,and increasing the amount of APS and DBSA added,the intensity of the diffraction peak of the 002,021,040 crystal plane of the composite material decreases,and the crystallinity of PANi in the composite material increases.This paper further studies the changes in the electrical conductivity of HMAG/PANi composites under different process conditions.The results show that when the temperature is 10-20?,the reaction time is 18 h,the HMAG/PANi composite material reaches the highest conductivity.When the amount of APS,HMAG and DBSA added is too much,the conductivity of the composite material will decrease.However,after HMAG layer is destroyed with HF solution,the conductivity of HMAG/PANi-HF is three orders of magnitude smaller than that of HMAG/PANi,which is related to the HMAG layer hinder molecular movement and interlayer the effects of limited aggregation.To test the electrochemical performance of the composite material,the mass specific capacitance of HMAG/PANi-HF is larger than that of HMAG/PANi,showing better electrical double layer characteristics,because HF destroys the HMAG layer plate and makes the composite material microporous increasing,which can accommodate positive and negative charge space increases,indicating that HMAG/PANi-HF has the potential to be applied in the field of supercapacitor electrodes.At the same time,this paper composited MAG and PPy to prepare a new MAG/PPy pollutant adsorbent,which was used to remove the toxic dye Rhodamine B(RB)in aqueous solution to study its adsorption performance and adsorption mechanism.The adsorption test shows that the adsorption performance of MAG/PPy composite adsorbent for RB is stronger than that of MAG or PPy,because the specific surface area,pore volume,and average pore diameter of MAG/PPy are much larger than MAG and PPy.When the temperature is higher,the adsorption time is longer,the RB concentration is higher,and the adsorbent quality is greater,the adsorption amount and removal rate of MAG/PPy are improved,but the environmental p H is too high will reduce the adsorption amount of MAG/PPy.When the mass fraction of MAG in MAG/PPy materials is 65%,MAG/PPy has the highest adsorption effect.The adsorption process of RB by MAG/PPy follows the chemical adsorption mechanism and belongs to the single-layer chemical spontaneous adsorption process described by Langmuir model and Pseudo—second-order kinetic equation.This research expands the application scope of MAG in the field of sewage treatment,and has reference significance for the development of MAG-based new adsorbents.
