In the diversified market demand today,the focus of modern intelligent manufacturing enterprise is how can we move fast to response the market's demand,timely adjust production schedule in time to meet the customer delivery date.Mix-model assembly line based on flexible intelligent manufacturing system made it come true.The mix-model assembly line can guarantee the continuous production of different products on the production line.However,the design of mix-model assembly line needs it consider the assembly process?assembly time and the plan for changes in requirement of each product.It made the balancing of mix-model assembly line's problem very complicated.The research that how to make the mix-model assembly line with the most economic efficiency,the fastest output street auction output and delivery is particularly important.Based on the summary and analysis for assembly line balancing problem research status at home and abroad,on the basis of for their changing demands,long order delivery time,VTM assembly line is defined as two-side & U-shaped mix-model assembly line,and made a corresponding optimize direction for it.Established to minimize the workstation quantity,minimize the production rhythm,balance each workstation,piece operation time,each workstation much balance four varieties of single homework time optimization goal.The multi-objective optimization based on the balance problem of the third type of mix-model assembly line,it is means that to find an optimal job assignment based on set production time,then define the parameters for the last three goals.Establish a simple mathematical model for the multi-objective optimization.And also in the terms of algorithms,it is mainly based on genetic algorithms,take advantage of global search capabilities to establish a group of better solution.Meanwhile,take advantage of local search capabilities with simulated annealing method to Further optimization of the group.In order to raise the ability of genetic algorithm to local search and improve its convergence property,a new hybridized genetic algorithm is presented for this paper,which made VTM assembly line more optimization.Finally,based on combination of the above theoretical research and MATLAB,whichimproved the assembly line's balancing rate and utilization rate of VTM assembly line,by the way,the VTM assembly line of G company was optimized.
