The development of economy in rural areas of China is relatively slow,the infrastructure is backward,and the residents have a low level of education,which results a weak awareness of environmental protection and the inability to collect and treat domestic sewage effectively.Which has left many completed sewage treatment plants in non-operational state.Therefore,it is important to develop wastewater treatment technologies that are suitable for rural domestic sewage discharge based on the willingness of rural residents to treat sewage,This article investigates and analyzes the characteristics of rural sewage in Henan Province and residents'wishes.Firstly,on the basis of the current status of rural domestic sewage discharge treatment,a new type of suspended-film biofilm reactor is designed with reference to the inverted AAO process and mature suspended-film biofilm wastewater treatment equipment.In addition,this study explores the effect of pollutant removal and influence factors,and ulteriorly monitores to analysis on the diversity of the microbial community.The specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:According to the characteristics of the region,economy,watershed,and climate of Henan Province,20 villages are selected.the investigation finds that 73.21%of the residents surveyed had a low education level,68.77%the number of residents'households is 4-6.Waterless toilet is still commonly used in 56.81%of the households.In addition,the construction rate of the pipe network in the villages is low.Only34.94%of the sewage flows into the sewage pipe network.Meanwhile,93%of residents hope to collect and treat sewage,and 88%of residents are willing to transform their sewage pipe network,of which 59.22%of residents insist on sewage collection and treatment in villages.However,the support rate for collecting multiple villages as a unit and collecting and processing several households is not high.Whether the residents agree to transform the sewage is mainly affected by the residents'own knowledge of the sewage,the cultural level and age of the residents,and the water habits.81.23%of the residents are willing to bear part of the costs for sewage treatment,of which 69.79%of residents insist on the collection of sewage treatment fees based on the amount of sewage,but subject to the constraints of economic development in different regions.0.2-0.4?/m~3 is supported the highest rate.Based on the above investigation results,this paper combines the inverted AAO process and the suspended filler biofilm process to design a new type of suspended filler biofilm reactor,and conducts experimental research on the treatment of domestic sewage in this reactor.Accroding to the filler floating,suspending and flowing,the experimental devices I to III are designed.First,the type of filler is filtered in experimental device I.The hydraulic retention time is 12 hours,the filler filling rate is 40%,and the dissolved oxygen concentration in water is 3 mg/L and100%reflux ratio.In this operating parameters,it is found that the new type of suspended filler biofilm reactor has a better treatment effect on rural sewage.K-type packing and multi-faceted hollow ball packing have better treatment effect on sewage than suspended ball packing.Among them,K-type packing has good effects on COD,the average removal rates of ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP can reach 90.36%,85.46%,76.27%and 58.61%,respectively.Subsequently,under the above operating parameters,the experimental devices I to III are uniformly filled with K-shaped and multi-faceted hollow spherical fillers to perform a filler state experiment.The results show that the effect of the fluidization state of the filler on the sewage treatment is similar to the floating state of the filler,and both are better than suspension state.Removal rate of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP in sewage can be up to 88.87%,85.37%,76.35%and 57.89%under the filler in the stage of fluidization.On the basis of the above experiments,the experimental device I is selected for temperature experiments.It is found that the effect of temperature reduction on the removal of TN and TP is obvious,and the effect on COD and ammonia nitrogen is relatively small.The sewage treatment effect is the best under temperature 1 situation.The removal effects of COD,ammonia nitrogen,TN and TP in the sewage under temperature 1situation can reach 90.20%,83.33%,74.86%and 58.61%,respectively.This article further testes and analyzes the microorganisms in the novel suspended-filled biofilm reactor.It is concluded that the diversity and abundance of the microbial community in different reaction zones of the reactor are good,and the distribution of the microorganisms in the reactor is relatively uniform,that is,in the experiment.The designed new-type suspended-filled biofilm reactor has good microorganism growth and is very suitable for rural sewage treatment.In addition,the different reaction units of the reactor have different dominant populations.The aerobic reaction unit is dominated by Rhodobacteraceae,Sphingomonas,Burkeiida,and Fibrobacteria.The dominant populations are Oxyfidaceae,Clostridium and Proteus.Rural sewage treatment in China is a problem that needs to be solved urgently.This paper investigated and analyzed the characteristics of rural sewage in Henan Province,and designed a new type of suspended-filled biofilm reactor,studies and analyzes its purification effect and influencing factors.The study has certain reference value and practical application significance on promotion of miniaturized sewage treatment equipment to solve the pollution problem.
