Research On The Path Of Implementing Xi Jinping Thought Of Ecological Civilization In Ecologically Dominant Counties

Xi Jinping thought of ecological civilization reflects the close relationship among ecological civilization construction and economic,political,cultural and social construction,which asks ecological civilization construction to achieve organic integration with the other four aspects in practice.This paper concretizes the relationship between ecological civilization construction and other four aspects construction : The construction of ecological civilization lays a natural foundation for economic construction,and good ecological resources themselves are economic wealth.Political construction provides system guarantee for ecological civilization construction;The construction of ecological civilization provides carrier for the embodiment of culture and enriches the content of cultural construction,while cultural construction promotes the construction of ecological civilization.Ecological civilization construction is not only the foundation but also can promote the level and level of social construction.How to grasp the relationship between the construction of ecological civilization and other four aspects',to realize the win-win situation of ecological protection and economic development is the main content of this paper.This paper takes three counties,Changtai County,Yongtai County,Taining County as examples.Using the text analysis of the government work reports to summarize its work focus,combined with the deep research of the case policies and measures,to understand the effectiveness and shortcomings of the construction of ecological civilization and analyze the experience and draw inspiration.The main research conclusions are as follows: First of all,Xi Jinping thought on ecological civilization requires the organic combination of ecological civilization construction and other fields.The case analysis of three counties provides practical basis for this theory;Secondly,in the construction of ecological civilization,it is crucial to protect ecological superiority and realize the transformation of ecological superiority;Finally,the unique paths of the three counties can be summarized as follows: The development of "whole region eco-tourism" is a beneficial exploration to realize the transformation of ecological economy;The innovation of ecological protection and supervision system is the solid guarantee provided by politics for ecology;The government's responsibility to foster ecological culture reflects the role of cultural construction in promoting the construction of ecological civilization;The implementation of the livable project and the creation of the whole region's landscape pastoral is to improve the quality of living environment to increase the well-being of the people;To protect the ecological advantages,we should continue to conserve the ecological environment and delimit the green ecological space.
