Based on the different diffusion and adsorption behaviors of benzene derivatives in adsorption materials with different structures,this paper uses Jurassic coal gangue as raw materials in Binzhou City,Shaanxi Province,adopted single factor analysis,and uses three processes of high temperature calcination,acid treatment and freezing microwave,so as to establish the structure-activity relationship between the structure regulation of coal gangue and the adsorption behavior.First,based on the removal rate of p-nitrophenol from coal gangue controlled by different processes,the best parameters of different processes were optimized.And using X-ray diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),specific surface(BET),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and scanning electron microscope(SEM)testing methods,characterize and analyze the composition,structure,specific surface area and surface morphology of coal gangue adsorption materials obtained by different methods,established the relationship between activation method and material structure.Finally,the coal gangue prepared under the optimal process parameters is used as the adsorbent,and selected benzene derivatives as the adsorption medium to simulate industrial medical wastewater,investigated the adsorption kinetics and thermodynamic mechanisms of the coal gangue to o-aminophenol and p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid.The results show that the coal gangue material after high temperature calcination at 600? and heat preservation for 5 hours shows good adsorption performance for nitrophenol,with a removal rate of 93.17%.The adsorption effect of o-aminophenol and p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid on coal gangue treated with water bath temperature of 80?,time of 4 hours and concentration of 60%sulfuric acid is better than the other two processes,the maximum removal rate of the two reached up to 52.05%and 85.34%respectively.The adsorption process of o-aminophenol and p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid for the three materials prepared by high temperature calcination,acidification treatment and refrigerated microwave is dominated by pseudo-secondary kinetics;The Langmuir monolayer adsorption model is suitable for the adsorption process of o-aminophenol,the adsorption isotherm shown to rise with the rise of temperature,behaves as monolayer adsorption;The Freundlich model is suitable for the adsorption process of p-hydroxybenzene sulfonic acid,the process of synergistic effect of physical adsorption and chemical adsorption,which is expressed as the adsorption behavior promoted by single layer or heterogeneous multilayer adsorption.
