In view of the phenomenon that the CO gas of the East Zhou kiln mine in Datong mining area of Shanxi Province is the basis of the continuous outflow of co-gas in the mining operation,the return wind angle,the backwind lane CO gas continues to pour out but the coal spontaneous combustion occurs,the paper is based on the premise of the specific situation and theoretical knowledge on the spot,and combines the experiments such as laboratory testing,and collects the East East The unsiliconized coal and the surrounding adjacent coal samples were studied,the basic physical properties of silified coal,the oxidation characteristics of silified coal in the program heating experiment and the difference sesame of the gas produced by the unsiliconized coal samples were studied from the microscopic means of infrared spectroscopy,and the evolutionary characteristics of various microstructures in silicaized coal were studied from a micro-point of view.Through industrial analysis,electro-mirror scanning,XRD diffraction and other related experiments,the condition of the silica ized coal and the non-silicified coal body in Dong Zhou kiln was analyzed,the micro-aperture and the crystal composition were analyzed.The results show that:compared with normal coal,the proportion of coal,ash and carbon content increases,the volatility is reduced,the self-ignition is generally;There is a difference between the composition of coal rock and non-silica coal in Dong Zhou kiln mine,and the non-silicaized coal contains a large number of denatured,kaolin and other minerals,while the categories of these substances in siliconized coal are relatively reduced and the composition has changed.Through the process heating experiment of coal sample and the coal body crushing experiment,it is concluded that the release of CO in Dong Zhou kiln mine mainly comes from the oxidation release of silicaized coal.At room temperature 30 to 150 degrees C,due to the effect of siliconization,the coof generated by silified coal is greater than that of unsiliconized coal samples,and the amount of coal oxidation release CO at the same temperature point is much larger than that of non-silicized coal samples.When the concentration of CO in Dong Zhou kiln reached the early warning concentration,there was no coal spontaneous combustion to some extent.The oxygen consumption rate and CH4 production of siliconized coal in Dong Zhou kiln ore are also greater than that of coal samples that are not siliconized.The characteristic temperature point of siliconized coal in Dong Zhou kiln mine is higher than that of non-siliconized coal species,which is of some reference to the early warning index of Dong Zhou kiln ore.By comparing with coal samples that are not siliconized,it is obtained that the micro structure of the methyl,methyl and 2870-2845cm-1 spectral band positions at the position of 2975-2915cm-1 spectrum band increases with temperature increases during the pyrolysis process,3697-3625cm-1 and 36 The structure of the 24-3610cm-1 hydroxyl,1604-1599cm-1 position of the aromatic ring C-C and the 3060-3032cm-1 spectral band structure and the strength of the oxygenated energy group decreased with the increase of the coal temperature,and the strength of the absorption peak under nitrogen gas conditions was less than the non-silica coal sample.In the oxidation process,in addition to fatty hydrocarbon functional groups,the oxidation characteristics of various functional groups in silified coal are stronger than those of non-siliconized coals,and the content of various microstructures in the early oxidation is higher than that of non-silicified coal.
