Coal accounts for about 70%of China's primary energy consumption,and this energy mix structure will not change for a long time in the future.55%of the proven coal reserves in China are of low degree of coalification.If the oil is extracted from these coals by retorting process,the amount of oil is equivalent to 100 billion tons of oil and gas resources.Rotary kiln pyrolysis is a large-scale engineering dry distillation process for foam coal.The matching control research of this process is still in the initial stage,and it can not support the efficient production of the process.In this paper,the rotary kiln pyrolysis process is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problems of low automation,manual operation and low process guarantee of the current pyrolysis production system,the process requirements of pyrolysis process and the existing DCS control technology are comprehensively analyzed.Combined with the actual situation,the unique rotary kiln pyrolysis temperature field measurement scheme is introduced,and the application of fuzzy PID control is added to the rotary kiln pyrolysis temperature control to realize the recovery Automatic control of rotary kiln pyrolysis process.This paper analyzes the development status,process and equipment characteristics of rotary kiln pyrolysis technology,and proposes a rotary kiln pyrolysis control system based on DCS control system.In this study,a DCS control system based on Luneng control LN2000 is designed,which uses synchronous rotary sensor with kiln to measure the key parameters of rotary kiln pyrolysis wirelessly,and accurately reflects the pyrolysis process through temperature field parameters.This paper introduces the working principle of the system,the network architecture and the software and hardware design of related components.According to the requirements and characteristics of rotary kiln pyrolysis process control,PID fuzzy control is designed to realize the system pyrolysis process control.This paper introduces the composition,working principle and design of PID control,and carries out simulation test research.The test results show that the designed fuzzy PID control meets the control requirements of rotary kiln pyrolysis process.The DCS control system of rotary kiln pyrolysis based on LN2000 is applicable and simple,which realizes the rotary kiln pyrolysis process,and has good popularization and application significance.
