Variable curvature profile bending parts are widely used in the manufacture of aircraft body fuselage brackets,occupying an important position in aircraft manufacturing.The processing technology of traditional profile bending parts mostly uses mold forming.The molding process is complicated and costly.However,the processing of profiles by the roll bending machine does not require molds,and the length of the profile is not limited.High cost and long cycle.At present,traditional roll bending machines are mostly suitable for the production of equal curvature profiles,and the control system i s backward and the processing accuracy is poor.Therefore,this paper will analyze and research the processing technology of CNC four-axis profile bending machine,and design its measurement and control system.Based on the working principle of the four-axis roll bending machine and the stress of the profile,the roll deformation of the profile is approximately regarded as the bending deformation of the simply supported beam with the concentrated force at the midpoint.The simplified polyline stress-strain curve is used to derive The angle equation of the profile considering plastic deformation;the commonly used rebound formula in the project is used to compensate the target radius of curvature,and the compensated target radius of curvature is used as the radius of roll bending;finally,the position of the work roll and the profile of the roll bending machine Relationship,the mathematical model of the side wheel displacement of the roll bending machine and the target radius of curvature is established.Using ABAQUS simulation software to numerically simulate the bending process of the CNC four-axis profile bending machine,the mathematical model of the side wheel displacement and the target radius of curvature of the roll bending machine is verified,and the variation rules of the stress and strain of the profile during the bending process are analyzed..According to the design requirements of the four-axis profile bending machine and the problems found in the simulation process,the layout design of the w ork roll of the bending machine was improved,and the selection of the worm gear and screw for transmission and the servo motor for driving were completed.The work was carried out,and the tooling design for the T-shaped cross-section profile on the roller was carried out.Based on the principle of "three points into a circle",a radius of curvature measuring instrument is designed,which can perform online real-time measurement and data feedback of the radius of curvature of the profile.Designed the control system of the bending machine including logic principle and electrical principle.
