Dredging polluted sludge is the main means to reduce the endogenous pollution in water environment treatment.How to dispose the polluted sediment scientifically and rationally is a hot issue in today's society.Based on the series of lake basin in Yitong River of Changchun environment comprehensive governance project,through on-site investigation,sediment detection,desilting way selection,the determination of sediment disposal way and sediment disposal site location selection and scheme design,the study realized Yitong River basin comprehensive treatment,and ultimately achieved the purpose of the sustainable development of environment,economy and society.This paper mainly obtains the following conclusions:(1)Results of silt chemical analysis : mercury,nickel,zinc,cadmium and copper in the silt of Yangjia park and Lvyuanminggou exceeded the standard,and the contents of nitrogen and organic matter also exceeded the standard to different degrees.The indexes of mercury,zinc and cadmium in the silt of Zhenzhuxi park in T ianjia park exceeded the standard,and the organic matter and nitrogen also exceeded the standard.Five heavy metal indexes of arsenic,mercury,nickel,zinc and cadmium in the silt of Xinyue park exceeded the standard.Six heavy metal indexes of arsenic,mercury,nickel,zinc,cadmium and zinc in the north of Yanming lake exceeded the standard.Five heavy metal indexes of arsenic,mercury,copper,zinc and cadmium in Songjiaming ditch silt exceeded the standard,and only 15 samples did not exceed the standard in phosphorus content.Zhaijiaminggou and Xiaochengzi reservoirs upstream and downstream silt arsenic,mercury,chromium,nickel,copper,zinc,cadmium 7 heavy metal indicators exceed the standard,phosphorus,total nitrogen exceed the standard.(2)In this study,the method of dredging directly by excavator was determined based on the comparison and selection of several dredging methods,aiming at the current situation of dredging water in Chuanhu Waters,and the time limit of national environmental protection supervision on the treatment of black and smelly water.(3)For this study,reasonable and efficient sediment disposal is very important.Because sludge contains heavy metal,it must be properly disposed.In this study,sediment would be removed to sludge disposal sites,after heavy metal stabilization,the sludge would be landfilled.The sludge disposal sites would be to do some designs,such as seepage control,guide line,sealing field.
