With people's increasing awareness of environmental protection and health,the demand for environmentally friendly materials and coatings has grown rapidly in recent years.1,6-Hexanediol?HDOL?,as a kind of green?water soluble?chemical material,has broad market prospect.In this paper,Using Ru as the main catalyst and transition metal as the co-catalyst,three supported catalysts were synthesized.The synthesized catalysts shown high selectivity and high yield used for preparing1,6-hexanediol,which was prepared by adipic acid?AA?via one-step hydrogenation method.The main contents are as follows:1.Preparation amorphous RuCoP catalyst and application in hydrogenation of Adipic Acid to 1,6-Hexanediol.Amorphous RuCoP catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method.The structure and morphology of the prepared catalysts were characterized by XRD,H2-TPR and TEM.The optimum conditions for one-step hydrogenation of AA to HDOL were studied,which include the reaction temperature,pressure,catalyst composition,catalytic effect of different transition metals and crystallinity of catalyst on HDOL yield.Besides,the cycle performance of catalyst was explored.The experiment results shown that,when the reaction pressure was 6.5 MPa and the temperature was 220?,the selectivity and yield of 1,6-hexanediol reach 85%and64%,respectively.2.Preparation of Ru/CoB/Cu2O catalyst and application in hydrogenation of adipic acid to 1,6-Hexanediol.Ru/CoB/Cu2O catalyst was prepared and characterized by XRD,BET,H2-TPR and TEM.The catalyst composition and reaction process conditions were optimized.The experimental results shown that the Ru/CoB/Cu2O catalyst has high activity in hydrogenation of adipic acid and has excellent selectivity to the target product1,6-hexanediol.The optimized catalyst?4wt%Ru10wt%CoB/Cu2O?make the total conversion reach about 80%,the selectivity reach 68%.Besides,the prepared catalyst has good recycling performance.3.Preparation of RuMoB/?-Al2O3 catalyst and application in hydrogenation of adipic acid to 1,6-Hexanediol.Based on the electron effect of Ru-Mo,The RuMoB/?-Al2O3 catalyst was prepared.The catalyst composition and reaction conditions were optimized.The experimental results shown that the conversion of the catalyst to adipic acid was up to80%,and the highest target product selectivity was 75%.The yield of 1,6-hexanediol was about 70%after the catalyst was recycled for 4 times,which was higher than that of the other catalyst.
