The thesis mainly studies the preparation of water-based glue and the characteristics of water-based glue under two different pulping systems.The internal and external factors affecting the adhesive properties of water-based glue are investigated.Performance prediction was made,which has certain guiding significance for the industrial application of water-based glue.(1)The effects of the different dosages of the two pulping systems on the physical and mechanical properties of the vulcanized rubber and the adhesive properties of the water-based glue were studied.The factors affecting the adhesive properties of the water-based glue were explored: internal and external aspects:(1)The internal factors are mainly the strength of the coating adhesive used to prepare the aqueous glue.If the strength is too low,it will lead to poor adhesion;(2)The external factors include the drying time,the amount of adhesive and the viscosity of the tackifying resin in the blend dosage,etc.(2)The effect of adding tackifiers on the adhesive properties was studied.It was found that when 10 phr of terpene resin was added to the cloth wrapper,the results obtained in the peel test were the strongest,and the adhesive properties of the waterbased glue were the best.When other polar adhesives are added to the cloth cover as a tackifier,the addition of 10 phr of CR makes the adhesive performance of the waterbased glue increase the most.(3)The effects of different anti-aging systems on the adhesive properties of waterbased glues before and after hot air aging were studied.RD/MB anti-aging system can effectively reduce the effect of hot air aging on the adhesive properties of water-based glues.Studies on the change of the amount of anti-aging system have found that before hot air aging,with the increase of the amount of antioxidants,the degree of decrease in adhesive properties after hot air aging is smaller,the minimum when the amount of antioxidants is 2 phr,continue to increase the amount of antioxidants to 3 phr,the adhesive properties are not changed.(4)The life predictions of the two pulping systems were found respectively.It was found that the adhesive properties of the aqueous pulp under the two pulping systems tended to decrease with the use of time.The adhesive performance is better when hot air aging,so it is predicted that the water-based glue products prepared by the ether slurry system have a longer service life.
