In this paper,a kind of cellulose casings with transferable color for sausage filling was analyzed.On the basis of the analysis,the dyeing preparation process of the casings was studied,and the performance indexes of the trial casings were analyzed and compared,and obtained the ideal production conditions.Cellulose casing is a new biodegradable paper with biological basis of fiber material,its natural cellulose as raw material,through the wet legal system into viscose concentrate,after extrusion,regeneration and other process made with cellulose casing,its superior performance,meeting the requirement of modern high speed printing,automatic filling.Cellulose casing is a kind of green and environmentally friendly food packaging material,which is natural and biodegradable without secondary pollution.There are clear,streaks and staining types in cellulose casings,which can be divided into color transferable and color none-transferable.Due to transfer of the color of the casing can be formed on sausage of bright color,design or logo,which can increase the appetite of customers for sausage,such products are very popular in Indonesia,the Philippines and other countries.This paper is an analysis of a foreign red transferable casing.The dye content was detected by spectrophotometer.The thickness,tearing degree and filling strength of the sample casing were analyzed by using tensile bursting instrument.In this paper,the samples of the intestine were dyed and imitated.The dyes used were mainly the temptation red,and the solvent was glycerin.The dye content of the intestine samples studied in this paper was about 9.5‰.The optimum production conditions obtained in this paper were 7% dye concentration,10% glycerol concentration,80 seconds dyeing time,and 60? temperature.In this paper,single factor test and orthogonal test are used to obtain the best production technology.The experimental casings obtained under the best technology were examined synthetically and compared with foreign samples.The comprehensiveproperties of transferable red cellulose casings prepared under the optimal technological formula were better than that of sample casings,and the transfer effect was good.
