At present,the frequency converter has been widely used to control the three-phase asynchronous motor in the pumping unit system to realize crude oil exploitation.Its performance is superior and the control is simple and convenient.However,there are also many problems,such as the low power factor when the frequency converter controls the asynchronous motor,serious harmonic pollution to the power grid,these problems are more prominent in the down stroke of the pumping unit.At the same time,in the down stroke of the pumping unit,due to its own gravity,it will drag the motor into the state of power generation.If this part of electric energy can not be reasonably used or handled,it will cause frequent surge impact,which will have a negative impact on the life of the device,and in serious cases,it will cause the system to collapse due to over voltage pressure.On the contrary,if this part of electric energy can be used reasonably,not only the frequent over-voltage or over-current stress of the system will be reduced,but also a lot of electric energy will be saved and the cost of crude oil exploitation will be reduced.This paper mainly aims at the problem of low utilization of electric energy in the pumping system.Based on the common DC bus group,this paper discusses the relevant countermeasures from two aspects of grid harmonic and reverse power generation,in order to solve some practical problems.This paper starts with the load characteristics of the pumping unit system,analyzes its power source,that is,the motor,and discusses the advantages and disadvantages of various types of motors used in the pumping unit system.On this basis,it focuses on theanalysis of the loss characteristics of the three-phase asynchronous motor which is still widely used in the current world's pumping system.Secondly,the connection of energy-saving character and the control radius of group pumping system is described,and the relationship between system loss and harmonic,the advantages and disadvantages of three-phase uncontrolled rectification and active power factor correction(APFC)rectification are analyzed.Finally,combined with the characteristics of the system,the particle swarm optimization(PSO)method is newly used for the system's analysis of energy saving feature.On this basis,the integer programming(ILP)method is used to model the joint scheduling optimization of the system.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper builds and simulates each module of the system in Matlab / Simulink environment.The model of three-phase uncontrolled rectifier and Vienna rectifier is built.Through comparison,it is proved that the latter can obviously improve the power factor of the power grid for reduction of the harmonic pollution by the group control system,effectively reduce the line loss and transformer capacity,and improve the system efficiency.The simulation models without joint scheduling control strategy and with joint scheduling control strategy are built respectively.Through comparison and experimental data analysis,the effectiveness of joint scheduling control strategy is proved.The software and hardware experiment platform of related modules is built,and the experimental data waveform shows the correctness and effectiveness of related strategies.
