In order to explore the feasibility of gibberellin as a safe drug for metformin, the plant height, root length, fresh weight,GSTs activity and chlorophyll content of treated rice seedlings were determined by indoor agar culture method, and the gibberellin was studied. The molecular mechanism of detoxification of metformin, the results are as follows:(1)Detoxification effect of gibberellin on purified metolachlorWhen the concentration of gibberellic acid was 8 mg/L,the recovery effect of rice with0.25 mg/L of metolachlor was the best. The recovery rate of plant height was 70.4%,the recovery rate of root length was 37.3%,fresh weight. The recovery rate was 59.2%.(2)Biochemical mechanism of gibberellin detoxification of purified metolachlorThe content of chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll in gibberellin treatment was higher than that of purified metolachlor, which increased by 22.4 %,32.1 %and 24.7 %,respectively. When the concentration of gibberellin was 8 mg/L,the effect was the best, and the activity of GSTs was increased by 40.0 % compared with the blank. When the concentration of gibberellin was 8 mg/L,the CAT activity was the highest, being 31.266u/mgprot.(3)Molecular mechanism of gibberellin on detoxification of fenpropamideIn the detoxification treatment, there were 261 differentially expressed genes,of which61 were up-regulated.Further analysis revealed that GST gene Glutathione S-transferase u6 and Glutathione S-transferase T3,transcription factor bZIP transcription factor RISBZ5 were up-regulated in several groups of treatments. This part of the results indicated that gibberellin can up-regulate the expression of the transcription factor bZIP transcription factor RISBZ5 in rice, and then induce the up-regulation of GST gene Glutathione S-transferase u6 and Glutathione S-transferase T3 in vivo. The phytotoxicity of alachlor acts to detoxify and eventually causes normal growth of rice.Through the research in this part, the molecular mechanism of gibberellin detoxifying metolachlor was preliminarily revealed.
