The coloration of textiles is commercially achieved by using chemical colorants,such as dyes and pigments,with the aid of auxiliaries at a certain temperature.However,the coloration through the structural color principles does not need the participation of chemical colorants,and it usually has the characteristics of high brightness,high saturation and never fading.Its essence is the visual effect of interference,diffraction and scattering of light by special micro nano structure on the fabric surfaces.The application of structural color to textiles can make them have special functions and increase their added value.In this thesis,double-layer films were deposited on the surface of polyester fabric by magnetron sputtering technology.Structural color fabrics were prepared following the principle of thin film interference.Magnetron sputtering deposition has the advantages of stability,high efficiency,simple operation,and environmental friendliness.However,its coating also has the deficiency of the metal coating itself,which is prone to corrosion under the influence of environmental media,affecting its performance and application.This thesis also proposed a method to improve the stability of copper-plated fabric:BTA impregnation method.The BTA treated to the surface of the copper-plated fabric by the dipping method to make it better tolerated in synthetic perspiration environment.The main work of this thesis are as follows:?1?Preparation of structural color fabrics by magnetron sputtering deposition of Ag/Ag2O bilayer film:Ag/Ag2O bilayer film was deposited on polyester fabric by magnetron sputtering.By adjusting the thickness of Ag2O film,the fabrics with different color structure were prepared.Based on the analysis of the surface morphology,composition and optical properties of the structural color fabrics,the technological conditions needed in the preparation process and the corresponding relationship between the film thickness and the colors development were determined.Furthermore,the mechanism of color generation of structure color fabric was discussed,which provided a theoretical and practical basis for the development of ecological coloring technology of textiles;?2?Preparation of structural color fabrics by magnetron sputtering deposition of Ag/TiO2 bilayer film:Ag/TiO2 bilayer film was deposited on polyester fabric by magnetron sputtering.By adjusting the thickness of TiO2 film,the structural color fabrics with different colors were prepared.Based on the analysis of the surface morphology,optical properties and wearing properties of the structural color fabrics,the process parameters needed in the preparation process and the corresponding relationship between the film thickness and the colors were determined;?3?Stability study of copper sputtered polyester fabrics in synthetic perspiration:BTA solution was post-finished on copper-coated fabrics to improve the stability of the coating in synthetic perspiration.Through the analysis of the surface morphology,conductivity,electromagnetic shielding and other properties of the coated fabric,the optimal concentration of the BTA solution required to improve the stability of the copper-plated fabric was determined.The results showed that:?1?The structural color fabrics can be effectively prepared by the deposition of Ag/Ag2O bilayer film by magnetron sputtering.The process conditions for the preparation of pure Ag2O film were determined:power,100 W;base pressure,310-3 Pa;working pressure,0.5 Pa;flow rate of argon and oxygen,15 sccm.When the thickness of Ag2O is 10 nm,25 nm,30 nm,42 nm,85 nm and 105 nm,the color of the fabric is yellow,purple,orange,indigo,blue and green,respectively.In addition,the deposition process will not have a great impact on the original wearing properties of the fabrics;?2?The structural color fabrics can be effectively prepared by the deposition of Ag/TiO2 bilayer film by magnetron sputtering.The process parameters for the preparation of the structural color fabrics were determined:power 100 W,base pressure 310-3 Pa,working pressure 0.5 Pa,flow rate of argon and oxygen15 sccm.When the thickness of TiO2 is 7 nm,10 nm,28 nm,53 nm,67 nm and 100 nm,the color of the fabric is yellow,orange,blue,red purple,purple and green,respectively.At the same time,the deposition process will not have a great impact on the original wearing properties of the fabric;?3?BTA impregnation method can effectively improve the stability of copper-coated fabrics in synthetic perspiration environment,the optimal concentration is 1 g/L.When the BTA concentration is less than 1 g/L,the formed Cu-BTA complex film has limited protection ability,the copper-coated fabrics will still be corroded by synthetic perspiration;when the BTA concentration reaches 1 g/L and above,the copper-coated fabrics showed good tolerance to synthetic perspiration,the surface morphology and properties did not change.In addition,BTA provides long-term protection for copper-coated fabrics.After six months,the fabrics still show excellent anti-corrosion properties to synthetic perspiration.
