As the concept of health gradually changes from treatment to prevention and health care,the intelligent clothing used to monitor human physiological parameters has attracted wide attention.In the process of exercise,the knee joint,as the hub of lower limb activity,has a large amount of exercise and a complex biomechanical mechanism,which often leads to overwork injury.However,the research on human protective equipment mainly focuses on sports protective equipment and sports shoes,while the research on knee joint intelligent protective sports pants is less.Based on the requirement of knee joint health monitoring,using the pressure sensor of knitted structure,this paper studies the wearing comfort and structure design of intelligent sports pants to detect the knee joint pressure in human running.The specific research contents are as follows:This study mainly includes two parts: the structural design based on the lower extremity motion and the distribution of heat and humidity,and the flexible sensor to protect the knee joint from injury.On the structure,the use of cardioid arc design,has the effect that raises become warped point to improve buttock.Both sides of waist and waist are an integral part of the jointed design,which can lengthen the vision of legs,weakens the broad hip,and shows the thin visual effect.According to the structural characteristics of knee joint,the targeted line design of the knee structure of sports pants is carried out,which has certain function of knee protection.Meanwhile,according to the comfortable compression threshold of knee joint,the splice design of knee joint is carried out by using elastic fabricIn terms of fabric distribution,considering the central area of the back waist is one of the main areas where sweat accumulates,CoolMax fabric,which absorbs sweat and dries quickly,is used in this area in order to drain sweat in time.The flexible sensing part of the knee joint injury protection is based on the flexible pressure sensing device,and the inside pocket of the knee joint of the track pants is used as the carrier to detect the pressure of the knee joint under different running conditions.Finally,this study combines functional structural design and flexible sensing to protect knee joint damage into sports pants,and subjective and objective evaluation experiments were conducted on the entire clothing system.Use a five-point psychological scale to subjectively evaluate its athletic performance and wearing comfort.Select the sense of restraint,sultry heat,stickiness,moisture,softness,pressure,exercise convenience,and comprehensive wearing comfort as evaluation indicators.The data show that the sample pants have good verall wearing comfort;the smart sample pants structure has convenien detachability,washing performance,and good taking performance;through objective testing,it can be functionally achieved that the human knee joint compression test can be achieved.The research of this subject can play a monitoring role for special groups,through different pressure values caused by the degree of knee flexion,real-time monitoring of the user's walking status and the knee joint strain problems that are very common in the middle-aged and elderly groups.
