Evaluation And Improvement Of JN’s Working Capital Management

The working capital of an enterprise is the "blood" of continuous operation,and its importance is self-evident in modern financial management.How to carry out scientific and effective management of working capital can not only provide financial guarantee for the daily production and operation activities of the enterprise,but also increase the profitability of the enterprise without causing excessive cost burden on the enterprise,which has become a hot issue for scholars.Especially for small and medium-sized enterprises that are in the rapid growth stage of the industry,good working capital management can provide enterprises with a solid pillar in competition and avoid being eliminated by the market due to management issues in the industry.This article selects an upstream branch of the emerging 3D printing industry in recent years,that is,nano-level metal raw material provider JN Corporation as the research object.Based on the factor theory and channel theory,it comprehensively analyzes the current working capital management status of JN Corporation in the past six years.Analysis and performance evaluation of working capital management,and comparative analysis with better companies in the industry,to find out the main problems of working capital management of enterprises under the current company system.Proposed improvement measures from five directions,namely,changing the currency holding amount,constructing the concept of channel management,enhancing the management of procurement links,improving sales management methods,and increasing production management.It is expected to solve the existing working capital management problems for JN Company and further summarize the characteristics.The analysis of working capital management is also an important part of testing the company’s financial management level.The research content of this article will make JN’s management have a better understanding of the current situation of the company’s working capital management.In the future production process,improve the financial management system of the enterprise and help the enterprise realize more value.It also provides a reference sample for high-tech enterprises that are also fast-growing,and provides a new idea for the research of working capital management of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.
