With the rapid development of society,limited resources have limited the development of human beings to a certain extent.Perovskite solar cells have become a research hotspot these years due to its simple structure,low cost,and high photoelectric conversion efficiency.Hole transport layer as a very important part of perovskite solar cells,has a significant impact on its performance.Nowadays,organic materials are most commonly used as hole transport materials,but most organic materials are complicated synthesis and expensive,which is not conducive to the industrial development of perovskite solar cells.This article explores an inorganic hole material(copper oxide)and its application in perovskite solar cells.Compared with organic hole materials,copper oxide is cheaper,easier to synthesize,and has better hydrothermal stability.In this paper,ultrasound method,solvent method and precursor methods are used to synthesize copper oxide,and the conditions are controlled(p H value,water content,time,temperature etc.)to observe the effect of different conditions on the copper oxide particles.The prepared nano-copper oxide is used as a hole transport layer to prepare a perovskite solar cell.The results show that under the optimal conditions,the efficiency of the device prepared using copper oxide as the hole transport layer is 13.51%,which is 1%(12.5%)higher than that of PEDOT for the hole transport layer.Secondly,in this paper,copper oxide is doped with nickel.The device efficiency of the doped copper oxide as a hole transport layer is up to 14%.The reason is that nickel-doped copper oxide has a higher photon absorption rate than copper oxide.Moreover,nickel-doped copper oxide acts as a hole transport layer,and its exciton recombination rate is also lower,which further improves the performance of the device.In addition,this paper also uses oleic acid to modify copper oxide,which can be applied to upright perovskite solar cells,increasing its application range and further increasing its commercialization potential.
