Aramid fiber has excellent physical properties and is widely used in engineering field,which is widely paid attention by researchers.However,due to its low surface activity,it is difficult to deal with,so most of the current application research of aramid fiber materials,such as low flexibility,mechanical properties are not excellent enough,complex process and other problems.The purpose of this paper is to develop aramid fiber material with high mechanical properties and simple preparation process,and to verify its application potential and value.Aramid nanofibers/graphene oxide composite films are prepared by vacuum filtration in this paper.the effects of different formulations on the properties of the films are studied by SEM,TEM,FT-IR,XRD and other characterization and testing methods,and the optimum addition ratio of graphene oxide is determined.the tensile test showed that when the amount of graphene oxide is 8%,the modulus of the as-prepared aramid nanofiber/graphene oxide composite film is greatly improved compared with the pure aramid nanofiber film.Its hydrophilicity,flexibility and light transmittance are all good,and it has high application value.To study and develop a new compound,aramid nanofiber/graphene oxide composite film is prepared by using 75% ethanol as proton donor.Through a series of characterization and testing,it is proved that water as a proton donor in the process is more conducive to the performance improvement of the composite film,but also provides a new idea for the optimization of the process,which has certain research significance.Aramid bulk nano-reinforced fiber and carbon nanotube/aramid composite bulk reinforced fiber are prepared by using aramid nanofibers and their composite system as reinforcements.The effects of solution concentration and treatment time on fiber properties are studied by means of SEM,FT-IR characterization and tensile testing.Thermogravimetric analysis shows that aramid bulk nano-reinforced fibers have better thermal stability.The residual mass reaches more than 60% at 600?and more than 50% at 800?.The tensile strength of CNTs/Aramid composite bulk reinforced fibers is improved further compared with that of Aramid bulk reinforced fibers.
