Cancer is the leading cause of death worldwide.For example,most patients with breast cancer and stomach cancer have no special symptoms at an early stage.Therefore,once diagnosed,most have developed to advanced cancer,leading to an increase in mortality.Biomarkers may play an important role in early diagnosis and prevention of cancer.Trace metabolites in some human metabolites have been considered as potential markers for the diagnosis of corresponding cancers,but their relatively low concentrations in urine samples make accurate analysis a pressing issue.This paper aims to take breast and gastric cancer markers as research objects,the design of synthetic polymer materials for solid phase extraction processing and enrichment of trace markers,with UPLC?ultrahigh pressure liquid chromatography?as the testing means,to establish sensitivity detection methods,and apply these methods to statistical correlation of actual urine metabolites and disease.The specific research contents are as follows.1.A nitrogen-rich organic polymer porous material SNW-1 was synthesized and used to enrich three breast cancer biomarkers in urine:5-hydroxyindoleacetate,4-hydroxyphenylacetate,Homovanillate.Then UPLC was used for quantitative analysis to establish a method for analyzing small molecule markers in urine.The method can detect three target analyses in actual urine samples,indicating that the analysis method has certain practical application value and is expected to play a role in the analysis of breast cancer metabolic disease biomarkers and the prognosis of breast cancer patients.2.A new type of magnetic organic polymer porous material Fe3O4@PC-POP was synthesized and used to enrich two gastric cancer biomarkers,P-cresol and4-hydroxybenzoic acid.And use UPLC for quantitative detection.At the same time,the material was applied to actual urine samples from healthy people and gastric cancer patients.The analytical method has low detection limit and wide linear range,simple material synthesis,simple magnetic extraction process,short time-consuming,and has certain advantages in the separation and analysis of disease biomarkers.
