Due to the excellent fluorescence performance of carbon quantum dots and its rich functional groups on the surface,different types of sensor arrays are designed and constructed using carbon quantum dots as sensing units and widely used for the determination and identification of all kinds of natural productions.In this thesis,the two sensor array systems are designed and constructed based on carbon quantum dots to measure and discriminate the saccharides and enantiomers of natural amino acids,respectively.At the same time,this paper explores a series of properties of the sensor array,such as anti-interference ability and accuracy.The main experimental results are as follows:1.Using 3-aminophenylboronic acid and natural amino acids as the main raw material,three different carbon quantum dots were synthesized by hydrothermal method.Some series of characterizations showed that the surface of carbon quantum dots has rich boric acid groups.Using these three carbon quantum dots to construct a sensor array,at a concentration of 3 mM,the detection of 14 kinds of sugars and the classification of monosaccharides among them were realized.The sensor array has good detection and identification ability in the range of saccharide concentration from3 mM to 50 mM.The research of blind selection experiment and interference experiment proved that the sensor array has good anti-interference ability and high accuracy.Based on its excellent detection performance,the sensor array was used to identify different brands of fruit juices and monitor the different concentrations of the lactose.2.Using?-cyclodextrin and glycine as carbon sources,a carbon quantum dot with a cyclodextrin structure on the surface was successfully synthesized by microwave method.The carbon quantum dot can produce a more obvious fluorescence response with Cu2+,Fe3+and Hg2+,but only sensors based on carbon quantum dots and Cu2+can chirally recognize natural amino acid enantiomers.Hence,a sensor array was constructed using carbon quantum dots and different concentrations of Cu2+,which realized the recognition of all natural amino acid enantiomers.In addition,the different proportions of natural amino acid enantiomers and the different concentrations of natural amino acids were detected using the sensor array,and the exploration of simulated disease identification have proved that the value of the sensor array can be exploited in the detection of amino acid enantiomer purity and disease monitoring.
