Titanium and titanium alloys are widely used in the medical field due to their low density,high strength,good biocompatibility and good corrosion resistance.When titanium and titanium alloys are used in the field of bone repair,the huge difference between the Young's modulus and the bone will cause a "stress shielding" effect,which further causes bone resorption and loosening of the implant,resulting in implant failure.Porosity is one of the effective ways to reduce the modulus of titanium alloys,and since the pore structure of human cancellous bone is mostly a layered structure,the preparation of high-strength layered porous titanium and titanium alloys has become one of the current research hotspots.In this paper,the layered porous Ti6A14V alloy was prepared by directional freeze-casting method.The effects of solid content and freezing temperature on the pore morphology,shrinkage,porosity,pore size and compressive mechanical properties of porous materials were studied.On this basis,the preparation The porous Ti6A14V alloy/inorganic SiC fiber composite material explores the effect of different amounts of inorganic SiC fiber addition on the compressive mechanical properties of the porous composite material.The research results are as follows:(1)Study the influence of T16A14V alloy powder solid content and freezing temperature on the layered pore structure of porous materials.The results show that as the solid content of the Ti6A14V alloy powder increases,the porosity of the porous material decreases and the structural wavelength ? increases,and for porous materials of the same solid content,the pore size shows a gradient along the freezing direction,and the farther away from the cold source,The greater the structure wavelength ?.As the freezing temperature decreases,the porosity and structural wavelength ? of the porous Ti6A14V alloy decrease.(2)The effect of layered structure on the compression mechanical properties of porous Ti6A14V alloy was studied.The results show that the compressive strength of the prepared porous Ti6A14V alloy is between 44-330MPa and the modulus is between 2-10.9GPa with the change of the structure wavelength and bridging density of the porous material.The compressive deformation of porous materials satisfies the Euler equation.(3)The effect of different inorganic SiC fiber addition on the pore structure of composite porous materials was explored.With the addition of SiC fibers,the bridging density of the porous composite material further increases,the porosity increases,and the structural wavelength ? increases accordingly.The introduction of inorganic SiC fiber significantly improves the compressive strength and modulus of the porous composite material,but with the increase in the formation of the second phase,the mechanical properties of the porous composite material are seriously affected.
