Au,Ag nanomaterials have attracted great attentions in the field of analysis,due to their unique physical and chemical properties.Notably,the fluorescence emission properties and the surface plasmon resonance properties are two of the most fascinating properties of Au,Ag nanomaterials.This dissertation is focused on the construction of high efficiency sensor based on the above mentioned properties of Au and Ag nanomaterials,and exploring their applications in glucose detection and surface-enhanced raman scattering.The main points of this thesis are outlines as follows:1.Combining the Fenton reaction with the prominent sensitive nature of the Au nanoclusters?AuNCs?,an effective sensing approach for H2O2 and glucose detection has been designed.The oxidizing ability of·OH produced from the Fenton reaction is so strong which could lead to the oxidation of the AuNCs and induce a significant quenching.By using this method,H2O2 at concentrations as low as 0.2?M can be detected,and the whole detection can be finished within 8 min.Furthermore,in combination with the specific catalytic effect of glucose oxidase,the present sensing strategy can be successfully expanded to detect glucose in blood.Preliminary results are in good agreement with those provided by the hospital.2.Using cellulose acetate as the matrix materials,silver nitrate?AgNO3?as the metal precursor,a high SERS active flexible sensing film has been constructed through a simple one-step method.The film can be largely produced by using a film-coating machine.SEM analysis revealed that the nanoparticles were well dispersed on the surface of the film.Notably,the film produced by our method exhibit a high raman enhance abilities with a enhance factor of 3.62×106.Finally,sensitive detection of crystal violet and thiuram?10-66 M?was achieved by using this flexible sensing film.
