Crosslinking agent—a functional material as bridge—can effectively enhance the physical properties(such as tensile,mechanical strength,hardness etc.)and chemical properties(such as solvent resistance,low adhesion,water resistance etc.)of the polymer.They had been widely used in many fields such as resin curing agent,rubber crosslinking agent,polyurethane chain extender.As an environmentally friendly cross-linking agent,waterborne crosslinking agent is different from oily crosslinking agent,they use non-toxic waterborne solvents in their synthesis and the emission of volatile organic compounds is low.As an environmentally friendly crosslinking agent,waterborne crosslinking agent has important research and application value.Therefore,a series of water-soluble crosslinking agents were designed and synthesized in this thesis,and their applications in textile,sensing and other fields were studied.(1)In this graduation thesis,a new type of water-based isocyanate crosslinking agent(WHT)was synthesized,mixed it with hydroxy modified polystyrene(PS)microsphere emulsion and flurane to prepare textile biphobic finishing agent,and studied the composition and properties of the finishing agent.The effect of the finishing agent on the physical properties of cotton cloth was investigated.Among them,the regulation of the "self-cleaning" function of cotton cloth by double-thinning agent was also investigated.(2)In addition,a novel water-based diisocyanate crosslinking agent(PUBI)was designed and synthesized,and its influence on the physical properties of polystyrene microsphere polymer membrane was investigated.The preparation of flexible thermoelectric films with lychee-shaped polymer microspheres PPBHs and single walled carbon nanotubes(SWCNTs)was investigated.The flexible and ductile thermoelectric properties of the film were investigated.(3)The thesis designed and synthesized a novel amphiphilic block polymer crosslinking agent(APOSi)with vinyl terminal functional group,emulsified it with silicone oil to prepare an oil-hydrogel and optimized its preparation process.Theadhesive property,mechanical property,compound property with polyaniline and electrical property of the gel were investigated.
