The hydraulic system is the core of fast forging machine.In the production process of the forging machine,when the traditional hydraulic system goes down on the upper anchor seat,the low-pressure liquid-filled tank replenishes the hydraulic cylinder.The fluid replenishment speed is relatively slow.When the upper anvil is in contact with a high-temperature work-piece,the pressure cannot be quickly established,resulting in faster work-piece cooling and lower productivity during the forging process.The high-pressure oil is connected to the oil tank through the overflow valve,which causes the hydraulic system to overflow and generate heat.It causing rapid forging machine hydraulic system calorific value,high temperature,need high power radiator,reduce the temperature of the hydraulic system.In order to solve the problems of slow construction pressure and high temperature of hydraulic system,a new type of hydraulic system is put forward,which is energy saving and fast construction pressure control.In this paper,a new type of energy-saving hydraulic system for fast forging machine is invented,and a low pressure accumulator matched with a low pressure pump is used to realize quick liquid replenishment in the process of descending the anvil block on the fast forging machine.Utilize the characteristics of rapid discharge of high-pressure accumulators to achieve rapid pressure build-up of the main hydraulic cylinder.The overflow valve is used to collect the excess hydraulic oil in the high-pressure system and reuse it in the low-pressure system to reduce the total power of the low-pressure pump and reduce energy waste and heat generation in the hydraulic system.The pressure change model of the main cylinder of the fast forging machine is studied in depth,and using the effective bulk elastic modulus of the hydraulic oil as a bridge,establish the relationship between the initial gas content,the pressure of the main hydraulic cylinder and the pressure rising rate.A mathematical model for rapid pressure building in the main cylinder is obtained.FLUENT is applied to simulate the hydraulic oil with different gas content.The simulation results prove the correctness of the mathematical model of rapid pressure construction.The mathematical model of rapid pressure build-up of the hydraulic system of the forging machine was used to optimize the optimal pressure change point of the system,and the test was verified on site.The experimental results proved that the new energy-saving hydraulic system and rapid pressure build-up mathematical model of the forging machine were correct and feasible.The new hydraulic system of the forging machine and the rapid pressure-building device not only reduce the pressure-building time of the forging machine's hydraulic system and improve production efficiency.The recycling and reuse of high-pressure oil in the hydraulic system reduces the use of electricity.The research on rapid pressure building and energy-saving control strategies of hydraulic systems can provide theoretical and technical support for the independent development of large-scale forging equipment in China.
